Good morning Nan2 and everyone else.

A roast dinner will be very welcome in this cold weather I bet Nan2. It is a bit milder though, no frost this morning.

DD1 has now got covid I haven't seen her for weeks as SIL normally collects GS from us on Tuesdays and she didn't come to drop off his martial arts stuff. She has a sore throat, I hope that's as bad as it gets.

Committee meeting for me this morning and a visit to my mum this afternoon.
Stay well everyone, and hoping Daisy's GD is much better today.

Good morning everyone. It's dull here but not so cold, thank goodness.

No news about GD1 yet - I'll update in YEO when there is. I slept well last night - only woke once, but I was very tired. I've got no plans for today - I'll wait and see how things are.

Oma - I'm sure you're right, and the doctor won't find any cause for concern, but hopefully they will get your blood results sorted out. Hopefully B's results will be good as well. Let us know how you get on, won't you. xxx

Nanto - a roast beef dinner sounds perfect! Have you thought of opening a restaurant - you'd get plenty of eager customers.

Gem - poor DD1. Thank goodness she's not feeling too poorly and the sore throat is as bad as it gets. It's lucky you haven't seen her in the last few days. Stay safe. Did you sleep well after your aquafit class yesterday? I hope your mum is ok.

        How is everybody else?

Oma, I hope all goes well with the doctor today.

Gem, I hope your DD will have very mild virus symptoms.

Baby H was still testing positive yesterday, GD1 has a cold and her OH has aa headache and had flue like symptoms. Their flat isn’t very big to be shut in for so long. I made some meat free shepherds pies for them and left them on their doorstep. Baby H crawled to the french window and as usual was full of smiles.

Daisy, I hope your GD will be home today.

Good morning, Gem I hope you DD soon feels better. Plant, you GGD as well.

Is there any news about your GD1 yet Daisy?

Oma, good luck with all the tests etc and I hope the specialist is the same as you and can't feel any bumps.X

I went to take some things to DS1 yesterday and saw both the girls, GD2 had a trial class at 4pm in one of the schools of her choice. GD1 had ordered clothes on line out of the sales, a bit like her nan!! She showed me all she had bought. She works on a Sunday now in the supermarket and gets double pay. She had her hair loose, usually has it tied back, she used to have a head of blonde curls, now very dark like her father, still the mass of curls, she cut it herself a while ago and DS1 wasn't impressed but it looked fine yesterday.

I don't know if I mentioned I got the folding blinds from the friends house, I just want someone to fix them, I have phoned the place I do voluntary work for and if I don't get them done someone will come next week. They have a very good team of handy men that do the work.

Gem, hope DD isn't too poorly.

                Im Back
My Lymph nodes are fine everything is stable they are going to monitor me every 3 month
Said some Leukemias can stay dormant for many years even for the rest of my life so they wont intervene unless my markers go higher than 10 or my platelets drop

Its been at a similar rate for past 3 years so its not moving anywhere ,
Next check in March , they will do that for next year and if it doesn't move then it will be yearly unless I start to feel ill.
Dr was very nice and very reassuring . that will do me nicely
Im not fat just 6ft too small

Oma, that is reassuring, I hope you are reassured, and just get on with your life? xxx
I remember your GD's blond curls Lizzie.
I'm glad baby H is still so smiley Plant.

My DD not feeling too poorly thank goodness.
I had a good committee meeting this morning, and good visit to my mum this afternoon. Still no word from the solicitor. The estate agent was going to contact both sets of solicitors today to try to see what the hold ups are.

Nothing but hold-ups for you Gemini, I do hope there will be some positive news soon.

Oma, It seems that the doctor is looking after you well and explaining why they are keeping an eye on you.

Gem, pleased you had a good visit with your mum.

Oma, glad it was good news for you.

Gem - a good day for you (pleased DD1 isn't feeling too poorly), and hopefully you'll hear from the solicitors or estate agents tomorrow. They often seem to 'tie up loose ends' on a Friday and get emails etc out.

I wonder how WeeGranny is getting on with her house hunting and sale. I hope it's going smoothly for her.

Plant - baby H is such a happy wee soul and very sociable. I hope her mummy and daddy are soon better.

Lizzie - so many children start with blond curls and end up with dark almost straight hair. At least your GD has kept her curls - I hope she's pleased about that. My GS2 wears his hair shoulder length and moans about his curls!

Good morning Nanto, and all who call in later. What a pretty graphic to start the day.

Do you find you can gt on better with household jobs if OH is out? I hope you've nearly finished the sad task of sorting out Dad's house. Sending hugs. xx

It's frosty here, and the sky is streaked with pink and purple clouds as the sun rises. We've no plans for today. I've offered to go and look after GD1 if both her mum and dad have to do in to work. We've still got Cooper.

                                Good morning everyone.

Is there a lot more to do at your FIL's Nan2?
I'm so glad your GD is now home Daisy. I'm sure she will be pleased to see you today.

We are popping to M and S for a couple of things this morning and OH has promised to buy me coffee and cake in the cafe
School runs this afternoon. I am on the penultimate disc of a gripping audio book. I only listen on the journey in of course, not with the children in on the way back. I can't wait until next week when I have my two days of long drives to finish this, so will have to listen in the house!

I hope everyone is well and has a good day.
