OOoo! That sounds lovely Daisy, I love a pot roast, used to do it with brisket.

Unexpectedly went next door for lunch yesterday, baby E was a star as usual but got a bit overtired so his parents took him out in his pushchair. It has been lovely having all my DD's family home, GS2 had some sewing for me as usual. Haven't seen the kitten this morning, hope he had a good night away from his mummy. No plans for today, looking miserable outside, the long range forecast is for it to get warmer.

Good moaning each. Firstly, thank you Admin for the Easter card. It was lovely. Very busy here yesterday but not today. Still in my dressing gown contemplating the day. I need fresh air but it’s raining again so no gardening but we will go for a walk. Then I may well sew whilst OH has a Grandad nap. 🙄 At least no cooking, today it’s crumbs from the rich man’s table from yesterday.

Late good morning all. Still not dressed, what a slob I am 😱. And it’s raining again so not much planned at the moment. Lunch went well yesterday and lots over for us to
finish off today so no cooking for me yippee!!

Thank goodness it was dry yesterday, At least we could get out into the garden with Dexter, that boy just loves playing and every single one of his toys found their way outside.

Did anyone watch the Agatha Christie drama last night? It was very good, haven’t read the book so looking forward to the next episode. Have a good day everyone 🌞

Morning ladies what a awful day heavy rain then sleet and its blowing a gale ,
Slept from 10 pm last night till 8am this morning , I must not have moved much as I was stiff and achy when I woke , feel a lot more energetic this morning
Not much to do today I did a lot last night when everyone went home , cleaned the windows where Storm had been on them and my glass tables , washed the floors etc so this morning a quick hoover and put the washing on ,

Libras had lots of tears today , it must be so hard seeing your little girl like that , no matter how old she is she's still her baby girl .
She's being strong for GD's but it must be so hard , I feel so sorry for her xxx

Snow has almost gone now, rain has washed it away.

While i was out inlaws,i had mince and onion in the slow cooker
Just made it into individual pies and got them in the freezer.

Rain, rain and more rain here today. It's dark dismal and cold too. I feel sorry for Qwerty, here for the weekend.
We had a nice day, pub lunch out with friends, then cuppa back at theirs. On the way home we fed DD3's cat and stayed with her a while. Her mum and dad will be back tomorrow!
