    Good morning everyone.

Firts of all thank you to admin for sorting all this out for us , we really do appreciate all the time and effort you put into this forum. Have you noticed that we don't need admin or the mods to 'police' us as it were. No one is rude or steps over the line with nasty remarks , no one swears . This forum is unlike others out there, no one is ever banned because we are all friends on here and we respect each and every member here. We are so lucky to have something like this and it's all down to our admin and mods.

Happy September everyone, can't do any pretty graphics as I am using my iPad and it's very temperamental when it comes to doing something like that .

I plan to go into the garden today and give it a tidy up , with the huge change in temperatures we have had from day to day some of the pots are past their best , this weather hasn't been the best for my plants and is shows .
    Have a lovely day ladies
Bring me sunshine in your smile.

Good morning ladies, and happy September. It's a lovely sunny start to the day, but still a bit chilly.

Admin is a bit bleary-eyed this morning, but we really appreciate your kind remarks.

A busy day ahead for me - getting the caravan ready for Sunday, plus trying to leave the house and garden looking half way decent so I don't have to come back home to a tip! This will be our first full week, and the major challenge is making sure we've got enough food for Eva. You can see I've got my priorities right!

Oma - a new car is exciting - so my OH tells me! I hope B is delighted with his. Oh - I've just realised - it's extra exciting because of the date, isn't it.

          Have a good day, everyone.

            Yes Daisy new Reg

Well I told you about the cupboard door I managed to pull off last week well I managed the whole cupboard this morning , opened the door and everything tipped forward and I was left holding the cupboard up , The walls in this house are shocking they hold nothing for long , not like older houses where walls are solid these are all paper thin plaster board .
Its currently sitting on the kitchen floor till B puts new brackets on and batton's the wall to take the weight as its pulled the screws out and the wall with it , I got the blame naturally he said I use brute force and go at it like a bull in a china shop , I only opened the door to get a new kitchen roll out for goodness sake

Good morning everyone, and thank you for all the kind comments

Another bleary eyed admin here, but so glad to see everything working here.

Gs2 and GD day today, so I will be busy. I will catch up properly with you all later.
I bet your OH is excited about the car, Oma!

As you say men and their cars, SIL's brother arrived in a new Range Rover on Monday and all the men were out in the drive admiring it, great big gas guzzler and there are only two of them.

Sunny here atm, Warfarin Clinic for me this morning then shopping for food, might go and look at the new Smart Car, ha ha.

Hope you get some good weather for your caravan trip, can't remember where you are going
What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

Aggie - it was chilly here too, first thing. But much better now. I had to smile at your GS arriving on the first day back wearing his breakfast on his face. Good job he's got Nana there to smarten him up. I do hope OH feels better when he's finished his tablets. It becomes hard on both the sufferer and the carer, doesn't it. x Your cupboards will be fine as long as you don't let Oma anywhere near them.

Plant you could probably park a Smartka in the back of a Range Rover! We swapped OH's Accord for a Honda CRV when we got the caravan and I think that's the biggest car we've ever had - it's certainly the first 4-wheel drive.

We're not going far and we only booked yesterday! We're staying near Chesil Beach at a site we visited in the spring. We had really awful weather, but liked the site and said we'd revisit it, hopefully with better weather. The whole area is beautiful, and not very far for us to travel.

For those who don't know the area, I'll put a thread on Holidays and Travel.

                              Gem - hope it's worked.

                              Edit -

Oh, it has (if it's what I think you were testing.)
