Libra - it's a tough decision to uproot yourself from the town you've always lived and move to a different part of the country. I really applaud your bravery for even considering it. But I can quite see how that bungalow could fire up your creative instincts.

No special plans for today. It will be just like a normal day for us.
Have a good day, whatever your plans are.
Pork joint in the slow cooker. Bought a large one,so hubby cut it in half, so one half is in the freezer.
Going to serve it with cheesy mash, but haven't decided which veg yet.
Weather is dry,but looking a bit gloomy.Sometimes I forget to like posts,but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Good morning everyone.
A dull one here, but it is not actually raining!
Dinner sounds good Nan2!
Enjoy the meal Oma.
Libra, lovely as it is to spend this time with your GDs, it must be so tiring and such hard work. You will also be worried about DD, and missing OH and doggies too. Sending a HUG to you xx
No plans today.
We had a lovely time yesterday, I will write more over in my journal.

Good morning all. Sunny and dry here at the moment. DD, SIL and GS here for lunch, I prepared all the veg last night so it’s only the pudding and meat to worry about. I hope it stays dry so that Dexter can be in and out the garden.
Had a lovely long chat on FaceTime yesterday with DS, they are seeing quite a bit of GD whilst she is in Oz and in three weeks time they are all going to Tasmania together for a week. Still trying to plan a few days away but DH still has quite a few hospital appointments so will have to wait until we have more free time. Admin says 'you're very welcome'
It's not raining at the moment - but the clouds look ominous!
We didn't plan too much for this week-end, especially with DS2 and family moving house yesterday. DS1 and family were coming down for lunch either today or tomorrow, and I've just had a chat with DIL1, and we've decided on tomorrow. That's great because it gives me today to try and finish off a few jobs here and put everything back together after Cooper the Whirlwind's stay!
Back later - just off for a shower and then to do some shopping for a poorly friend (if anywhere's open) and take it round to her.

Good morning everyone and a very happy Easter.
Thankyou admin for my email Easter Card , it is lovely.
OH surprised me this morning with a big Easter egg. It was a total surprise as we haven’t brought each other Easter eggs for years, feeling a bit guilty that I haven’t got him anything and just now we are popping out for lunch, arranged by OH I should add. Feel like I am being spoilt today.
Hope I find you all well . Have a lovely day everyoneBring me sunshine in your smile.

Thank you Admin for my Easter Greeting card. Nothing planned today, I did manage to plant some rhubarb plants between the showers yesterday. GD came in after work and she had a big graze above her eye and a large scratch on her glasses. I thought she had had a car accident but she fell over in the drive that morning at 5.30 (she had an early shift at Waitrose) and just continued on to work. Now the problem is being a BH, how to get her glasses fixed, she doesn't have spare ones. Nothing can be done before Tuesday and she shouldn't drive, the graze on the glasses is right in the middle, good job she isn't a bridesmaid. GS2, the physio is home, brought me some sewing to do and a box of shortbread. He is on an acupuncture course at the moment, might need some guinea pigs, DD is the first in the queue.
I hope you all are having an enjoyable Easter weekend and that the snow keeps awayWhat is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare
