We’ve had a good day out, shopping then lunch in a nice pub which was very full so lots of atmosphere and chatting going on. DH did very well buying his jumpers, got two with no prompting from me! I also bought a couple of things too and all were in the sale. Even better, when we got to the till there was an extra 20% off too! We do love a bargain.

its been pouring with rain all day but now the sun is out although the wind is still chilly.

Gem I’m pleased S’s check up went well.As you say ,one less thing to worry about.

Those jumper shopping hubbies should be very proud of themselves. Even in the old days G never bought his own clothes once we were married.

Weatherwise we’ve had a good day,just a couple of light showers,some sun but a bitterly cold wind.

When I went to the doctors I mentioned that I do get rather breathless when walking up hill or carrying something upstairs.I am due another blood test before ny next Lymphoma check up so that will show if I am anaemic. I have also got to have an X-ray and ECG.I did mention it to Haematologist at my last appointment but he didn’t think it was connected to the blood disorder.I’m putting it into the “box” for now.

Good morning from me. Just a quick 'hello'. I'm off to collect Cooper for his two-day stay, while DS2 & Co are packing up (today) and moving tomorrow! I just wish it would stop raining. The thought of 8 muddy paws trekking in and out all day is depressing!

Good morning all, and a peaceful Good Friday.

It rained most of the night, but has stopped.
Today we are going over to mum's to sort out the new TV. We are not too optimistic that we won't be bringing it back and returning it to the shop! Mum only wants it if the tv unit it will go on will stay exactly where it is in an alcove, not be pulled forward at all Add to that the actual process of getting just TV up may be too much for her, as today's tellys are so much more complicated. Wish us luck!

No other plans today.

Its a late good morning from me. Been a dreadful night. DS is a worry yet again , Things were so much easier when all the DC were little.

Its not raining here at the moment but I don't hold out much hope for the next few days. OH is so fed up with things at home at the moment he has booked a meal for the two of us on Easter Sunday with no family, just the two of us. He said let them get on with it and we deserve some time away from it .

Plant I bought some Hot cross buns in M&S yesterday had one last night and couldn't eat it it was so dry , still has a weeks date on the pk , I might take them back to be honest , hope you enjoy yours

A late hello from me, SIL has taken the girls to the rare breed farm for a few hours ahhh peace. I did get more washing, cleaned out their guinea pigs not a nice job. But their clean and fresh and chirruping happily in their cage. Funny how kids love pet's but don't want the work that accompanies them, that is why I am against young ones having caged animals. , Off to see DD later we are allowed to take her for coffee I the hospital, she went yesterday with the girls and enjoyed it. We have an Easter egg to take in to her tomorrow. 😜 Have a happy Easter one and all. No egg for me 😭
