LG - as Qwerty says, you're entitled to feel a right misery guts. Sending hugs. xx
Wee Granny - my goodness, I only had my hair done, I'll never compete in the glam stakes with your nails as well as a hairdo. It's quite good to try out different places sometimes. I agree, the sun is a bit of a mixed blessing if you're indoors. The only thing to do is to go out somewhere nice for lunch and a couple of glasses of wine. Then by the time you get back the sun will have disappeared and you won't care about the dust and cobwebs!
It's a pity your neighbour is a sad soul!
Qwerty - I'd call round every day if you were nearer to distract you from the dreaded housework! Wow, little J will be all in space with his new bedroom and planets t-shirt. I think we should get one of M's t-shirts for our GD2! Quirky doesn't quite cover it, though.
Plant - my two trays of primroses are still waiting to be planted. What with lack of time and the ground being too wet, then the snow they're still sitting in the greehouse. Still they bring a bit of colour even in there.
Gem - did your boiler survive the servicing? I always expect there to be a sucking of teeth and the "well, it IS 15 years old" result!
I've got a day at home tomorrow! OH had the dentist mid-morning, then he's got a wood turning buddy coming over so OH can show him how to sharpen his tools! (I say no more!!!). I'm gradually washing the things I want to put back in the airing cupboard, so I may do a few more loads, and the ironing pile is beginning to look ominous!
