We had a lovely meal yesterday at DD2's (cooked by SIL) and fun with the children. GS2 is so funny and cute, and we played a very funny game of Obama Llama with GD. We still haven't quite worked it out, OH and I, we need more practice

GS1 from school today. then back to his house. I will collect mums audio books from the library and go and see her first . Fingers crossed for minimal moaning! The blocked ear or whatever is obsessing her (not painful, but definitely making her miserable) and she says the same thing about it over and over every time I go) We have a doctors appointment on Thursday.

Nana - life is on the up for your OH - new job and new car. I'm really pleased for you both, and glad to hear you're well enough to go out a bit. Just take it steady - no rock climbing or cross-country hiking just yet. x

It's not too bad here this morning - the sun's been trying to peep through, but the clouds seems to be winning. Could be much worse.

Enfys - yo sound as though you're looking forward to your art group this morning - enjoy yourself. It's time you had some relaxation and fun.

Gem - I have to confess - I forgot my phone. OH had his but never switches it on! I hope your mum is ok. Perhaps the doctor will be able to reassure her about her ear on Thursday.

It's my usual Monday routine for me. Trying to cram too much into this morning before going to pick GD2 up from playgroup, and then Cooper from the shop. Eva is still tired after her busy day yesterday. She's better now, thank goodness, so back to training tomorrow evening.

Morning ladies, the sun was out but seems to have gone into hiding now. Lovely to have milder temperatures, the birds are out en masse around the feeders. Lots of bird song going on, dog walking and housework on the agenda for me, oh and the dreaded ironing.

Hospital went well , in and out quickly , not back for 3 weeks apart from next Wednesday they giving him another top up of Bone marrow to help his immune system but that only takes 30 mins at the most its a tiny amount ,
He has a very Red hot arm from his baby injections as hes had a bit of reaction but consultant said it will be ok in a few days so no worry

Afternoon one and all, hows that for early lol, Daisy and I on the ball today 😜 Quiet day, washed one load of clothes, put all toys away from yesterday couldn’t face it at the time, made the bed and this afternoon will give kitchen and bathroom a flick round , kids here tomorrow conserving my energy food shopping coming between 7.30 and 8.30 only time I could get a slot

Daisy I have done the same thing but luckily we live 5 mls away from DD and Sil has dropped it off on his way to work the next day , no good ringing my OH he never has his phone on him 🙄

Everyone seem to be getting back to normal activities now the white stuff has gone, very mild here, I am off to bowls soon so will check in later. GD1 not feeling very well so I have spent most of the morning supporting her making her mother a birthday cake. Gave her some homemade soup for lunch, I expect she will have a sleep this afternoon, shame getting a cold she is on a weeks holiday.
