Well it may have been a great weekend, but I feel like **** today! Chesty cough rearing its ugly head, headache and achey all over! So it's popping the paracetemol and day in bed. OH gone off to do some essential shopping e.g. large bottle of ribena ( essential when feeling grotty). Take care everyone!Believe you can and you're halfway there.

My couch isn't too heavy really and it folds, and I have bag with towels, cream etc and a very light foot cushion in another bag. I am weakling don't forget. OH would probably sling the whole lot over one shoulder and not notice
We walked to the village, brollies up, to pay into the bank some change OH has amassed over a long time. £21 in small change! We then treated ourselves to lunch out, which used half of it.

Pleased you all had a good Mothers Day. Mine was exhausting but at one point I looked at my two DDs & my four GC & felt so proud that I was near to tears. Because of me they wouldn't have been here, if you get my drift. The day wasn't without tears or tantrums, screams of delight, kisses & cuddles...so a really good family day."Good friends help you to find important things when you have lost them....your smile, your hope, and your courage."

Busy morning here at art but very enjoyable. Dog sitting with Dexter this afternoon....he had ants in his pants today, in, out, in, out! Couldn’t make his mind up. DD has just collected him so a nice peaceful evening ahead.

Both doing well, thanks Oma. P is doing more and more, he was actually up before me this morning! He wants to start driving but I want him to wait until he has his check up in a couple of weeks. Every day is getting better, we just want better weather so we can get out and about a bit more. Wee Granny - I'm sorry to hear you're feeling so poorly. Yes, I agree, a large bottle of Ribena is essential. I don't need an excuse though - I have it as a bedtime drink - hot- sometimes.
Enfys - well done to P - he's doing so well, although I can understand you wanting him to wait until his check up before driving. Your art group sounds just lovely! Cooper had ants in his pants today as well - I wonder if it was the weather or something!

Good morning Nan2 and everyone else.
GS1 from school later, and then OH and I are going to DD3's for games night. I am unsure if we are eating there, I must check! We don't want to arrive full if they have cooked, or hungry if they haven't
No golf, once again for OH, due to the wet conditions. They are meeting for coffee and a natter . My mum wants a new gas fire, and OH I want to have an initial look around. We are still deciding whether to do that today or tomorrow.
