Good morning. Not a good start to the day in the Daisy household. No internet and problems logging in as Daisy on my phone. So I’ve sneaked in through the backdoor as Admin. 😜. Cold but bright and sunny here and a whole day at home with nothing planned apart from trying to sort out t’internet! Hopefully I’ll be back later - using my phone is very slow! 😨

Good moaning each. Bright but chilly here, no frost though. I got up feeling more tired than when I went to bed! I’m sure I will improve as the day progresses. Plenty to do indoors and some shopping too. I will have to delegate.
Eldest GCs coming for a sleep over tonight so that should be fun.
Glad B had a good night Oma, enjoy the fish and chips Nanto2 and I hope the Internet gets sorted Daisy. Very frustrating.

Work for me this morning then if I have any energy left I must do some sorting out in one of the bedrooms.
I must have a think about what to have to eat tonight. At the moment I haven’t a clue!

GS2 and GD day today. As I am just recovering (still very snuffly) from the cold GS gave me, I hope he has no more germs to share today with his sloppy kisses
We have GS1 overnight tomorrow, so this will be our second consecutive weekend with childcare! I can't complain, as it is not many weekends through the year, and it is DD1's birthday tomorrow!

Food shopping for me today then a NTrust meeting.
Very successful shop with GD1 yesterday, she managed to find a jacket to go with her dress and some shoes both from the House of F. where we looked first. I think we were out for 2 hours. My DD was on the receiving end of pics on phone, she was looking after a poorly E he has a temp. very sad pics being sent.

Good morning all, a bright and sunny morning here, I am feeling quite victorious this morning, had a fair bit of hassle with Tesco. We ordered 2 new sofas in their sale, one a recliner which we have, the 2nd a 2 seater of B's choice. Delivery for sofa two was delayed for 6 days and when it arrived had a tiny mark on each arm. After much toing and froing via e mails and being told 4 different things by 4 different people, I phoned asking for 1 particular person to call me and discuss. No call forthcoming so another e mail 😖 finally a lengthy email and 100 pounds compensation. Initially insulted by an offer of £25. I was not willing to go through the angst of returning and another lengthy wait for a replacement. The little person does win sometimes 😇. Off to walk the dog and then hospital to visit a friend.

There is no need for it is there Libra? Life really is too short, and I would say there is not one of us without some worry great or small about ourselves or loved ones. We should support each other and have few laughs along the way, not bring each other down.

What's the point of nastiness. Sometimes folk are like kids in the playground.
I like to think we are all grown up here.
