It rained here overnight and is slightly cooler, but the sun is out now and it's getting warmer.

Morning ladies , same hear Gem absolutely belted down during night but sun is trying to peek out and its very stuffy ,
Washing done and dried , Dog fed , been to clean and feed cats , housework done , well as much as im doing while Dog is hear he just mucks it up again ,
Hope the course isn't too wet for Golf Gem or she will be coming back very wet and muddy golfing shoes .
Hope Clover has good weather wonder how they are enjoying it ,
Nanto 70 is no age these days hope your spoiling him

You make me feel so guilty Oma, I have done nothing yet, just had breakfast. The house doesn't get dirty really, just a bit dusty, might get the hissy thing out later, is it worth it for 4 items? The windows could do with a clean but the kitten keeps chasing flies and leaving his paw prints on them, will do the insides after the outsides are done by window cleaner, anyway you can't really clean windows when the sun is shining on them. I am going on a trip with my Embroidery Group to Hampton Court (my old stamping ground) to visit the School of Needlework, early start so will not be checking in until later.

Morning ladies not been on for a few days, nothing to report really well nothing interesting lost the will to live when a long post I had done decided to awol a couple of days back.
Went to eldest g/d birthday party Saturday although her birthday is a couple of weeks away, but she will be on holiday then , it was a trampolining party and it was so hot, but didn’t partake of the fun as such
Going to out of town shopping place today for a new pedal bin, decided to take Omas advice and get one like hers , also some bits for g/d to open when they bring the dog and whatever takes our fancy, we usually have lunch out but might just have a sandwich somewhere instead it’s so warm 😃

The dog arrives on Thursday for 2 weeks I will be joining a few of you on animal duties, had the twins yesterdeay for the afternoon, I went with dil to pick them up so the teacher would recognise me come September, but they are loving school and don’t want to go to nursery at all. but they go back to normal nursery now till September

Plant, it's too hot for housework, Oma doesn't want any of us to feel guilty, she is just a cleaning Super Woman
It was a bit cooler here this morning, so I did a little ironing. I won't do it when it's hot though!

Just popped into the garden, sorted out a few things, did a bit of hoeing and watering, it is steaming hot now to am resting indoors.

Just had Storm out for a long walk I'm boiling hot now , it's stuffy but come over quite dark so thought I would take him out before it rains
He was very good although he did get very excited when we came upon a little pup he lay down and was wriggling around but waited till the pup came to him , I think Doggy day care has taught him that 😊

We came back from our Netherlands jaunt Sunday evening absolutely jiggered. Andre Reiu was brilliant. We met some nice people and had a lovely time. In fact, I no longer feel ‘annulled’. 😆
We had our first picking of runner beans last night, delicious.
I have guts ache today and the feeling this day will not end well so I’m going, sharpish. 🤢

Hope your OH had a good birthday Nan2.

Yesterday was too stifely (sp?) to do anything. OH & I went into the garden to do a much needed tidy up. Felt awful...both had headaches, weather related & just so uncomfortable. Both came back inside with fan on & had a Nana & GD nap.😂

Qwerty I'm glad the twinnies are liking school. J went today for the morning & cried when Mummy left him. When she went to collect him he was really happy saying it was fun & he liked it. Phew.🤗

Nanto that's what I was like after being in MIL's garden on Saturday , I felt quite ill with the heat .
Our little ones settle quite quickly I think its us that get most upset come September and they all go into nursery and school the grown ups will all be worried and the little people will not give them a second thought

I think the trouble with us clucking hens Oma is that we know how cruel other children can be. I'm sure he'll settle in well. He's been at Nursery Mon-Fri since he was a yr old, so I'm sure he'll soon get used to it.
