Another sunny day here. Popped out early to collect a parcel that I missed yesterday and also called into the Lidl’s for milk and ice cream. A good day yesterday, a lovely lunch out then a trip to,the garden centre where I bought some glow in the dark dragonflies for the garden. DH is feeling tired today so a lazy day for him, tennis for me later. Have a good day everyone 🌞

Hubby was busy on the computer,and i got a bit bored with tv,so just cleaned the bottom oven.
Top oven didn't need doing,it hardly gets used.

I’ve lost a post on chatbox today so I will start again tomorrow as I can’t remember what I put , apart from going to g/d birthdayparty a trampolining one although it’s not her birthday for another 2 weeks but she goes on holiday on Friday and will be away for her birthday

I did enjoy it Nan2,, although we would have preferred it a lot cooler! I divided my time between our Friends stall, and helping the library staff with children signing up for the Summer Reading Challenge run at all York libraries. I will be doing a bit more of that over summer as a volunteer.

Lovely afternoon, entertained by dear GGS, he is so funny and a very happy little boy. DD was looking after him today and his other GM was putting him to bed, well done both GM's. Tomorrow was my OH's birthday, St Swithens Day, we don't want it to rain.

Wondering what the latest test is about Libra's DD and her move.

They give us such joy these little ones Plant. I can't recall Libra being on Fbk either this week. She's probably so busy that she's meeting herself coming back.

Hot and sunny here already!
GS had a good night, and I didn't hear him until 7, which is an improvement on past overnight stays.
He is been picked up before lunch time as they are going out to lunch.
I will go to my mum's this afternoon. Not sure how much of her weeding I will get done on such a hot day though!
OH and I are meeting friends in town at 6.30 for an early meal.
Oh, and in between, a video call with DD3 at 4.30 😊

Morning ladies , been in the loft early clearing some stuff for the tip , there is so much we will have to do a few runs ,and one run to the Animal shelter with pillows and Duvets plus old towels,
Then we went to see to cats they had been out all night so very hungry when I let them in .

Yesterday we spent a long time at B's Mams , Martin was replacing her fence all around the garden so we went to give a hand where we could , it was boiling hot , I ended up taking 19 bags of cut up fencing down two flights of steps to the car then to the tip in 3 loads , last night I felt very poorly with the heat and I was exhausted my arms and shoulders were so sore , so I ended up showering and going to bed at 10

Council charge £20 for every 8 bags so would cost her a fortune to get them taken away.

I have spoken to Libra nothing mobving forward yet with her DD and shes full of busy with the move , she's a bit down with it all as you can imagine xx

St. Swithins day today, my late OH's birthday, no rain is forecast. Most of the family going to a wedding in Henley, lovely day for it, I shall watch the tennis men's final.
