We're massively late leaving home - we'd hoped to be there by now, but OH woke up with a storming headache, so we've taken it easy and are just finishing lunch, then off we go.

Managed to get to the Heart Club gym this morning and DH did very well. Now waiting for the nurse to come and remove the chemo pump, an otherwise restful afternoon for us.

Libra, so disappointing and frustrating for you all.

Good day yesterday with some of my forum friends. GJ couldn't join us this time, but we thought about her. She is off having fun with another friend.

This morning OH and I are meeting friends for coffee and a catch up at our local coffee shop. Golf for OH this afternoon, and after taking mums shopping to her she and I will go to see my sister.

General duties for me today and GP appointment for OH for prescription renewal.Got the first appointment so hopefully won’t take too long .Unfortunately no usual doctors available so have got to see an “unknown”

Morning all, we have had some much needed rain here this morning but never the less its not any cooler, just very over cast and muggy .

Nan2 I didn't much sleep last night but its now an impossible habit to break, walking around like a zombie is now second nature now.

I don't know what I am going to do today as I don't have the energy or the inculcation to do much , hip and back far too uncomfortable. I have been to the library this morning so I have had some fresh ( I use the word fresh lightly taking into consideration how muggy it is ) air .

Back from Hospital having another Bone Marrow top up next week , he's fine just his immune system should be 100% now and it's still only 21% due to his Hep drugs working against it that he can't stop so catch 22 position , apart from that all well 😊
