Well ive been climbing over wood in a Timber merchants looking for Hard wood off cuts for B's little craft projects
The man knows how to treat a girl

Managed to get 4 big pieces of wood very cheap , the young man took pity on me and carried it to the car for me ,

Just having a cup of tea then going to garden centre , I need some Sweat pea netting to put on fence and tie apple tree onto for support , been all over and cant get any only the stiff wire stuff
So trying one more garden centre and B&M then if they don't have it will have to buy the stiff stuff .

Well, I have cancelled my client this afternoon. Luckily he is my ex next door neighbour, a friend and very understanding. We have rebooked for after my holiday
I just don't feel up to going, and don't want to spread my germs. I have caught GS2's cold I think. I have had a slight sore throat and funny ears for a day or 2, but this morning it has got worse. I still need to visit mum really, but will keep my distance. I want my ears right before I fly on Sunday!

Afternoon all and some poorly folk Gem take ibobrufen with paracetamol it really helps, I wonder if the tummy ache was this coming on
Enfys you know my thoughts are with you , better to be on a roller coaster than a roundabout as you would be going round in circles this way there is hopefully a good end to the treatment
Clover enjoy your time at Dds and the play\ musical/ panto you must be proud of her quite a big part to play
Today I have done a load of washing and nothing else so far conserving our energy for twins tomorrow hopefully taking them to Room on a Broom theme park , we should have gone a few weeks ago but DD had a fall as you will remember and so we will try again ,taking a picnic and maybe McDonald’s on the way back
GM enjoy the peace my OH has gone to the garden centre and I’m grateful for that bit of peace

I will be fine ladies, I'm sure I will be well on the mend before Sunday. I went to see my mum for a quick visit (but didn't kiss or hug her!) and now can relax for the rest of the day, as OH will do the tea.

Qwerty - we have to measure out our energy these days, don't we! Time was I'd have done 10 loads of washing and cleaned the house before a busy day, but not now!!! I hope you have a good day out with the twinnies. You're right - routine soon re-establishes it's wicked way with us!

It all went ok, just a re-run of the chemo procedure and some forms for DH to sign. The consultant is very nice and answered all our questions, however, it was quite scary hearing about all the possible side effects but she obviously had to tell us the worse case scenario. Fingers crossed it won’t happen. Tomorrow we are going to a Cancer Workshop, more scares no doubt but still we have to know. She also stressed that this is not going to be a cure more shrinking the tumours hopefully and stopping them from spreading. So this evening I am feeling quite down about everything. Hopefully after a good nights sleep th8ngs will seem better in the morning.
