Had a lovely morning with my Sister and Nieces ,
I had to come home and take some headache tablets , we laughed so much and it was very loud all of us in the sitting room
B and BIL retreated to the dinning room for a while

I went out to lunch on the seafront today, no, not chips out of newspaper, a very nice restaurant. On a good day when you look out on the Thames Estuary you could be anywhere in the world. Our end of town is quiet compared with the pier end.

Sorry to hear that Plant. The waiting time for a funeral is really awful as you sort of feel in limbo. Once it's over I always think the real grieving can begin. Do you know if you'll be going or not? I remember you saying it was a long way.

Grauntie, no it wasn't the 19th hole 😉🍺🍻. Funnily enough he's been ok, then when he came to bed & laid down he started to cough...& cough...& cough (think you get the idea). Sugested another pillow but he continued to cough with that. Last I saw of him was leaving the room to go downstairs. He coughed so much it made him 🤢. Might have the bed to myself, poor fella.🙈

Just been standing in the garden with a cup of tea , its so still and silent , a bit of a chill but it feels so peaceful this time of the morning ,
One of next doors Cats was sitting on the shed roof watching me , he came down for a little ear tickle then ambled off to sit on the bird bath

Oma, i was outside having a cuppa at 4.30. It was still and silent here as well.

Hoping to get in the garden this morning to cut the grass.
It hasn't grown much,but it does need tidying up.

Morning all , a flipping blustery day at the moment but havnt stuck my nose out yet for the temperature, they have forecast a warm weekend and HOT week next week , brace yourselves.
Enfys sorry I didn’t get back to you yesterday I had the twins what arrived via son even earlier than mum does at 7.45, and dropped them off at 5.30 Enfys and I talk on the phone or text each other now and again
I know it’s not what we want to hear side effects and such but at least you are prepared for the worst whereas if you didn’t and he had some bad effects it would scare you silly, hope by the end of the week and it is Thursday tomorrow things will be settling down, and the week over, thinking of you and the family xx

We went to Room on the broom will do some pics ,a warm day although the kids said they were cold so put jackets on them them and halfway round they were too warm and we copped for carrying the coats all the way round, brought enough food to feed an army J was off everything ate a few cherry tomatoes and a mini roll, whereas. M had a sandwich, sausager roll, blueberries, tomatoes, mini roll but J managed an ice lolly at the end, they didn’t walk far complained they were tired even though they slept most of the way there ended up carrying J but M little as she is walked really well , I was jiggered when I got back to car, when I asked which bit they had enjoyed most they said the play area, might as well have gone to the local park !!! Kids eh
Hope poorly folk are coming round 😀
Quiet day today OH cleaning inside windows, me I have a little ironing and a quick tidy up of toys etc enjoy your day the best you can

This morning my reflexologist is coming to give me a treatment.
This afternoon is my mum's dentist appointment. This involves OH too. She drops us outside the dentist, and goes off somewhere until I text her to come back. I help mum up all the stairs and this time she wants me to come in with her, usually I wait in the waiting room.
I very hurriedly bought some lovely Sketchers sandals from the designer outlet on the way to collect GS from school yesterday. I bought US 7 instead of 8. They fit, but my heel sits right on the back edge so I need to change them for an 8, which is UK size 5, my usual size. Fingers crossed they have them!
Tonight I am eating out with 2 friends - I hope. This get together has been cancelled more than once!!

Good morning all.

Hope our ladies who didn’t get much sleep last night are still asleep now .

How are poorly ladies and their OH’s . On the mend I hope.

Its just a quick hello this morning as we are visiting OH’s youngest sister today , she has hurt her back .She has been off work now almost a month and with no improvement. In two weeks we are off to Liverpool so she needs to get better by then. It was only last week when we visited OH’s other sister who has had her second knee replacement. OH reconds his family if falling apart!

DH is fine, his usual cheerful self 😃. It’s me who’s slowly crumbling but trying hard to keep cheerful like him. Had a cancer workshop yesterday......what a joyful experience that was! Today we are of to the Heart Club gym, looking forward to,that, then tomorrow he goes in to have a Piccline fitted then it’s all happening on Friday. Phew......and breathe. Haven’t been sleeping well so will,have a rest this afternoon.

otherwise, all good here. Have been enjoying the garden in this lovely weather but a bit drizzly today.
