Libra - poor little T, that sounds really horrible and painful. The only consolation I can think of is that young bones heal quickly and well. As if you needed anything else to worry about! Sending hugs to both you and T. xxx

Daisy I'm sure they just want to help the bleeding to stop. It might be a case of the longer they leave it the worse it gets....so best sorted eh? Enfys your OH (&you of course) is remarkable. Hoping all you worrying about things get comfort one way or another.
DD2s children for a sleepover tomoro. I made blackout blinds for two bedrooms so hoping it might help little GD sleep longer than 4.30am. Tired out already but DD needs a night's sleep so thought we'd help.
Went in Clarke's to get new sandals for GD today. There was a poor little old fella having trouble doing up his shoes. Ended up fastening his laces & helping him put the other shoe on. Bless his little cotton socks."Good friends help you to find important things when you have lost them....your smile, your hope, and your courage."

Morning all .Bright here at the moment
Busy day yesterday so no chance to comment .
Libra, sorry that T has had an accident. Hope op goes well. She will be more comfy once it’s been repaired properly.
Enfys your OH has such a wonderful attitude. I wish I could have such a positive outlook on problems.
Daisy I’m pleased OH has an early appointment .I’m sure he will be sorted out promptly.Just be prepared for a bit of a wait in the clinic. In our own experience and that of my BIL who has had numerous eye appointments and treatments the eye clinic always seems to be heaving, but I hope you will be lucky and are seen quickly.
Nana I hope the blackout blinds do the trick. How kind of you to help the little lad.Laces can be tricky things. Obviously your Granny instincts took over.
Have a good day out there.

Libra I hope the surgery goes well for T, wonder what colour plaster she will choose. I agree with you Libra, housework and joy do not go together, I get it done so that I can get on with something I enjoy.
Very dull here, hope it gets better, must go and check if GD! is back from a "Rave" in London, not her kind of thing really but she got an invite and against her parents wishes she agreed to go, she isn't really streetwise although she is 24. Hope she had fun but stayed safe. GS2 is going camping in the New Forest, Daisy,. Brockenhurst I believe.
Hope GD sleeps well Nana, 4.30 is a bit early.
Daisy, very pleased to hear your OH has an appt. at the eye clinic.
No plans for today, see what comes along

Clover 'the little old fella' must have been in his late 80s. So I think it was more a case of the daughter instinct kicking in.😉
I also made a blackout blind for my DD as GD's waking at 4-5am. She put it up 1st time last night & she slept til 8am. Hope it continues. I'm just resting up before we collect GC for their sleepover.
Gem is S back yet? Libra I hope your poor little GD is ok.
Edit... sorry Qwerty & Plant, you posted while I was still writing. Plant I hope GD had a good night. Qwerty DD now wants me to make a blackout blind for her son's room.Last edited by Nana; 09-06-2018, 08:37 AM."Good friends help you to find important things when you have lost them....your smile, your hope, and your courage."

Good morning from the sunny south. Not much planned for today but there is a knit and natter group at the library this afternoon so might pop along and have a nosey. Had a good session at the gym yesterday, it was our last cardiac rehab session so we got our certificates! We have our proper gym induction next week then we can go and use all the machines. It is all very well supervised with nurses in attendance too just in case any one has had problems and we are looking forward to it. There was a lady there who had had here chemo the day before which was interesting for DH to see.
LG, poor aged, how painful for her....it’s onemthing after the other, isnt it. Hope the op goes well."Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened." - Dr Seuss

Have fun shopping Nan2.
I hope something works out for you house hunting Qwerty

Another 'good morning' from the sunny south coast! Plant it's perfect camping weather here in Brockenhurst for your GS2. There are about 4 campsites in/on the edge of the village and a few more a little further away. I hope he has a good time.I wonder if your GD enjoyed the rave? I'm sure she was very sensible.
Libra - thought are with little T. xxx
Nana - you are in for a busy day - I hope they sleep well with those lovely blinds.
Qwerty - good luck with whatever you decide to do.
Enfys - knit and natter sounds lovely, and probably just what you need - a time to just chat and relax a bit. I'm sure the gym will help to keep both your spirits up especially while OH is having treatment.
Clover - the eye clinic actually has a warning on the website saying in effect 'you could be here for hours'. OH has said he'll go on his own as it's one of my GD days, and we know the other gran is away this week, so no chance of any help.
Gem - have a lovely day, and for once it looks as though you'll have good weather for the barbecue.
Nanto - enjoy your shopping. Definitely a summery graphic today..xx

Oma, it was just ordinary shopping we went for, although i did buy a white top with pink flowers on.
Looks very summery.
Qwerty, we always park in Trinity Walk, then go into town centre.
When we come back for the car,we always shop in Sainsburys.Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.
