Oh poor B, Oma! Very nice picture of you both.
The London trip sounds lovely WG.

I will write more about my day later in the Mothers Day thread, after the Dancing On Ice final has finished!

Wee Granny - I'm so pleased you enjoyed OH's special birthday week-end. I bet you were pleased not to have a hangover though. I'm sorry to hear about your OH's aunt. It's hard to think of us youngsters s 'the old ones'.

Oma - B isn't having a great time with two accidents so close together. For goodness skaek will you please wrap him in cotton wool so he doesn't have accident number 3. Sleep well tonight. I love S's drawing of you both. The important thing is you're both smiling. I hope J won his match.

Plant - I hope you had a lovely time at DS's.

Clover - did you find your jigsaw pieces?

I'll write about my Mother's Day in my Journal.

      Sleep well ladies. xx

What was B doing in the utility room at that time, did you send him to do the washing.

Your trip to London sounded very exciting WG, please don't try to tell us you were not looking for alcohol in the mini bar.

I had a lovely day, spent part of it with the family next door in the morning having bubbles and playing games, of the sitting down type, and then DIL and GS4 picked me up to go to their house about 3pm. My DS had cooked 4 curries and we were joined by some of their friends, one friend gave me a bunch of daffs he doesn't have a mother now. I spent 2 hours in the garden first thing so altogether a very enjoyable day. I had an Asian taxi driver to bring me home, he said they celebrate Mother's Day but he said every day should be Mother's Day.

Oma sorry to hear that your accident prone OH is at it again. The things he'll do for a bedbath. 😉I love childrens drawings/paintings. One of my favourite things.

              Good morning one and all.
              Raining heavily this morning.

Off to inlaws in ½ an hour.

Good Monday morning Nanto, and everyone. Nanto I hope your in-laws are ok.

It's dry and fairly mild here today, but of course that could easily change!!

Oma - I hope B is ok with no mishaps this morning. xx

Plant - what a lovely day you had. Your taxi driver is right - every day should be Mother's Day.

I've got a few hours at home, then off to collect DG2 from playgroup and Cooper from the shop. OH will be at GS2's house - they need their windows and door replacing and he is going over to let the windows man in to measure and quote etc, so GD2 will be pleased to have grandad there!

Libra - good news that T is now on a general ward. They must be pleased with her progress. Keeping busy is good, and I hope the rain stops, although it's clouding over here now!

                      Morning everyone

Hope you all enjoyed Mother’s Day.It sounds as if you did.

Daisy,no the jigsaw pieces are non-existent I fear. I did buy it from a charity shop .It was labelled as being complete but with ”pre-loved “ as they call it these days you do take a chance The other one in the box that I did first was fine.

Libra I’m glad T is in a main ward and released from her lines etc. She’ll feel more comfortable and seeing her Dad will help as well.

I must go round to the surgery to book book appointments for OH’s Annual diabetic/ asthma review. It’s easier to do it face to face than over the phone as I need several appointments and the surgery is only a 5 minute walk.

                      Have a good day.

They raced up the drive and almost knocked me over S just took a leap into my arms and O hugs very tight these days , haven't seen them since Boxing day ,
Gave DS a piece of my mind about it , no excuse but laziness on his part , O said they had been asking for ages to come over but DS always too busy he said ,

                          Good morning all.
                          It's raining again!

I think we have the same rain as you Nan2!
Plant, I'm glad you had a lovely day
I'm glad you saw all the GC, Oma! Boxing Day is a long time. I hope the blood results are OK.
Clover, I once bought a charity shop jigsaw for GD that had pieces missing, most frustrating.
Libra, I'm very happy to hear your DD is now on a general ward.
Daisy, I hope your GD and dog day goes well.

Off to my client late afternoon. He is the only regular client I have now, and books me every 3 or 4 weeks. I do treat others from time to time, but it is only him regularly. He is my ex next door neighbour. In some ways I want to retire fully, especially as he is a mobile client which mean finding somewhere to park on his street and lugging my couch etc across the road to his house. I would miss him, but I think we would still meet up for coffee if I stop. I will continue as long as he wants treatments, and I am able!

Have a good day everyone, Happy Monday!

It sounds as if we all had a good day yesterday, so pleased Oma got to see her GC at last.

God to hear T is released from her lines, she will love to see her dad, hope she enjoys the little goodies.
