Good morning everyone.
Lizzie, the foggy mornings we had recently turned into sunny days.
Oma, Storm will provide not only company and entertainment, but some lovely cleaning jobs afterwards
Today's fun is the weekly shopping to collect from Sainsbury's this morning.
For the rest of the day, go with the flow, and Nan2 is doing.
I hope Mimi is getting settled into the new home, and everyone is feeling well.
Have a good day. Happy Hump Day, as the Americans say!“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

Hello everyone.
First of all thank you Daisy for my lovely email.
Well we are here in our new home and we honestly don't know what we would have coped with out the help of DS and DIL . On the actual moving day DIL took the day off work to help us , she kept us sane and we were able to laugh at things when they were about to overwhelme us .
One particular moment was when one of the young removal men was carrying a box into the kitchen and he said " There is something going off in this box. Buzzing could be heard ! Its my tin opener I said, Honestly its a battery operated tin opener. DIL was in hysterics!!!
We are now waiting for BT to arrive and Sky is due tomorrow.
Sadly its just a quick hello. When things return to some sort of normality I will have a good catch up with you allBring me sunshine in your smile.

I think I may need to cancel GRus and rejoin. Both IPad and computer are not loading properly, posts not posting. I really need to go and see my eldest grandson or my son. I am in contact with grandson through the children so that is probably a safer bet. I will see if he has time to sort it out. What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

Plant - I'm sure your GRU account will be ok, although I have to confess I've no idea what is going wrong for you. You've got my home email address I think, so use that if you need to.
Mimi - how lovely to hear from you and know you're in and getting on with the unpacking. What a treasure your DIL is. You need someone like that on moving day! How funny your tin opener buzzing! It isn't the first thing you'd think of, is it!
Oma - you are naughty!!!
Our misty morning turned into rain, but it's stopped again now. I've just done my Sainsbury order despite several interruptions. The roofers have finished, which is great, but the scaffolding might not be down for another week, which I'm really cross about because it's blocking the door of the potting shed and I can't get gardening stuff out!

Good afternoon,
It’s raining here but I did manage to sort out my strawberry plants and pot up some for GS1 to put in his growing trough. Apart from that it’s smoked haddock for dinner, I’m not keen but I eat it ‘cos it’s good for me. 😬
I really need chocolate.
Enjoy your evening all.Women are like tea bags; you never know how strong they are until they are put in hot water.
