Time for a rest Oma! It sounds as though your niece is doing very well.
It's a pity when good neighbours move away Daisy.
Oma and Daisy, the rib muscle ( official name serratus anterior) problem is mainly that it cramps up sometimes in certain positions but day to day doesn't bother me.
It has been worse recently for two reasons. 1 - all the coughing from the virus and chest infection. 2 - last week we had a relief aqua instructor who had us do a lot of exercises with arms in the air. I think that strained it. It's sore today after the deep massage but generally it's improving so I think it's healing.
That instructor usually teaches dance. It's the first time I have met her. Arm exercises in aqua take place under the water, using the water to push against. Arm waving in the air is pointless! If we ever have her again I will ignore any arms in the air stuff!
GS3 and I have played cars, playdough, shops and cafes, done some drawing,c watched cbeebies and had our lunch!
He's having a nap now.
