Well £160 poorer after visit to Dentist I need another session and have to have two small fillings, A tooth on the bottom the gum is shrinking back so need the root of that tooth covering , could have paid half today and half next time but thought I would get it Paid for and out of the way ,
Need to do some ironing but its a bit hot at the minute so wait till after picked Storm up

Could have been larger bill but the two filling I need are tiny more taking out bits that are starting to crumble on my two top back teeth and then this sort of buckle to cover the nerve on the bottom one
Its cold sensitive due to gum shrinkage , Oh the pains of getting older

Oh, it's been a busy day! I took Eva for a good walk before it got too hot, but we still both came back tired.

For ages I've been saying to OH about ordering our groceries online and he's always got a bit grumpy about it and says he doesn't mind doing it anyway (and actually, he's quite good at it!) but he's helping with DS2's decorating and hasn't had time, and I didn't want to waste half a day trekking to Sainsburys, especially in this weather. So I've joined the 21st Century and done our first online order. I was very strict with myself and only shopped for what was on the list. It took me quite a long time, but I'm sure next time will be quicker! I hope everything arrives as ordered, or else OH won't be impressed with either me or the supermarket. LOL

Doing bits of gardening, but it is quite hot and I'm pacing myself a bit (my excuse).

Enfys - I hope the heart club is useful.

Oma - I hope GS1 wins on Saturday. Hope the dentist was OK.

Libra - I bet it was lovely if you took the dogs on the beach this morning. Glad T has finally had the scan, but fancy them not booking her transport back. It sounds as though they have no systems or organisation at the hospital.

I wore sandals yesterday as well! Crocs with no socks today, and suncream.

Wee Granny - leave that cupboard empty. Having an emergency cupboard must the the ultimate kitchen luxury. I don't get anywhere near as much done when my OH is in the house all day! I hope your toe nails are shimmering and shining now.

The nation's dentists are doing well out of GransRus members at the moment. All sorts of 'ouches', especially financial ones.

Our first session at the heart club went very well. We have 7 weeks of exercises circuits/health talks then we can join the gym, which we will definately do. It is all very well supervised and we both enjoyed it. I always feel better after doing some exercise and they are so helpful so no worries about overdoing it etc. We are very lucky to have this facility in our area.

Daisy online supermarket shopping gets quicker! The first time you really do feel it would be faster to go!

OH, GS2 and I had a lovely time at the park this morning, and took his lunch with us. He is so cute He is just waking from his afternoon nap now, so teatime for him soon. Pizza delivery from our very good pizza spot in the village for GD and us later. A treat for her, especially as the children's pizza comes with a fizzy drink which she is allowed only very rarely

That facility sounds good Enfys, I feel better when I exercise, missing my aqua need a car to get there.

We have something similar here Enfys, but I think you need a referral from your GP to go and I think it's for people with high BP or who are overweight. It's a course at the gym at the senior school for 12 weeks I think I don't know anyone who's been on it, so I don't know what it's like! I'm going back to the gym next week to get started again because I do miss the variety of exercise. Walking is good but it can get boring!

Dog out in the garden watching next doors cats ,
Going to give kitchen a scrub before it gets too hot , did my ironing last night when it was a bit cooler ,
Then down to DD's see too cats and see how workmen are getting on , they were Tiling yesterday when I went down so getting near completion today I hope ,
