Morning all blue skies here, just me and the fur babies today. B has gone to visit T with youngest son.Student has gone on a trip to Stratford upon Avon with the school for the day. Going out early with the dogs, then just going to potter around. Caught up with all my ironing, blitzed the lounge yesterday. So I deserve a quiet day. ๐"What doesn't kill us,makes us stronger."

Good morning everyone.
Slightly hazy sun here at the moment, and there seems to be a slight chance of thundery showers later. I hope not as it's Eva's monthly dog training walk, and she's terrified of thunder!
Libra - you've earned an easy peaceful day. Put your feet up and try and relax. x
Mimi - Gossip? Us? Noooooo.
Oma - I bet Storm doesn't like this warm weather, although it doesn't stop him chasing the neighbour's cats, in his mind! LOL Do hope DD's bathroom is finished.
Other than the doggy walk, and doing some food preparation for her I've got no plans. I might get a couple of loads of washing on the line. OH is still decorating atDS2's."Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are. "

Good morning!
A sunny morning here also
I heard about thunderstorms this afternoon too. I hope they are wrong!
GD, 8 and GS, 2 are in bed between us, with the treat of drink, biscuit and Bing on TV. GD is humouring her brother by watching this!
A good uneventful night with them both. Their mum is coming for them later.
Tonight I am going to the theatre to see The Importance of Being Earnest.
I will catch up with the rest of the forum this afternoon.
Have a good Saturday!โA grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.โ โ Unknown

Gem - glad you've had a peaceful night. How funny, Bing must have a special appeal - my 7 1/2 year old GD will watch it to humour her little sister, but sadly for her, little sister is less interested than she used to be.
Have a good day.

Enjoy this lovely sunny start to the day, nothing planned, not even house work. I might give the sun room a clean and chase out the spiders. It is looking very smart, has a new felted roof, gone for a slightly paler shade of green this time.
Gemini, enjoy your theatre trip later.
Libra, I hope your husband and son find a slight improvement in your DD.
Oma, B will be needing some gaffer tape on his slippers, what a case that dog is.What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

Good afternoon all. Its getting very cloudy here, we have had a few big spots of rain and the cat has gone to hide so we are expecting a storm soon which won't please DS and DIL as they are halfway through staining the decking and its a slow hard job, all those little groves mustn't get over looked !
As the weather has changed all gardening planned for today has been put on hold. I wanted to repot the BIG bamboo plant. It will take two of us to do it as its far too big for one person. Its a good job I haven't planted it in the garden as it would have taken over the boarders .
Libra relax today, you deserve to
Bring me sunshine in your smile.

No thunderstorm here yet. It is a bit breezy and slightly cooler than this morning, but still sunny.
OH is doing some weeding. The children and DD left around 1.30. We were in the garden with them most of the morning. GS loves to run around
Enjoy your meal Qwerty!
I hope B's slippers stay in one piece Oma

Libra - that is such a heart-warming photo. I hope it's helped both your GDs and T to feel a bit better about everything.
The promised thunderstorm has arrived here with a vengeance. Continuous rumbling, lots of lightning, and a very unhappy doggy.
Gem - I do hope you all enjoyed the trip to the theatre. Was it a good production of TIOBE?
Mimi - if you've got a storm like ours, your DS and DIL's decking has probably had all the stain washed away!
Qwerty - you were sensible to go out early - hopefully avoiding the storm. I think it's working its way up country.
