I abandoned fingerprint recognition on my new phone Qwerty, It didn't seem to recognise me

Windy with some sun here. I hung a line of washing out. I will bring it in before we go out, as it is looking rather grey out there now.

Oma and Qwerty, I hope you sleep better tonight.

Just a quickie. Glad tge hospital appointments had good outcomes. Great news for your OH WG.

My sister's scan was clear & was diagnosed with Phlebitis, so no treatment necessary. And breathe. Look after yourselves.

I looked at the kitchen floor today and thought......s** it! It'll all be removed next week,so what's the point of cleaning it? Cupboards nearly done now, just the food ones to do. Took some bags of bits and bobs to Emmaus this morning and a couple to go to the SA. Not looking forward to not having cooker though! Just to add to next week's fun, the guttering people are coming on Tuesday to replace whatever it is that's up near the roof of the house and garage. Will need to find a quiet place away from it all before long!

Good news about your sister Nana.
I have to confess WG, no cooker is my idea of heaven. No cooking!!

We had a lovely afternoon at our friends house. Coffee and cake and a good chat. Then their GS, home from uni for Easter, called in. He is lovely, I have known him since he was little, so that was nice too.
We called into Aldi on the way home for a few bargains.

Well done Qwerty, for typing from your iphone.

WG, the kitchen will look lovely when it's all done.
Would love to see a phot, because i'm nosy.

Gem,your afternoon with friends,coffee/cake and chat sounds lovely.

Mimi - I surrender one halo!!! I didn't get the kitchen floor cleaned today, but I did get the whirligig thingy cleaned to within an inch of its life. No black or green marks on my washing now!! This is all part of Project Airing Cupboard! I think I'd better put that on a separate thread.

Wee Granny - there is absolutely no point in cleaning the kitchen floor at this stage! Put your feet up and relax. Just check that you've got the numbers of your local take-aways in your phone for when your cooker goes.

Qwerty - well done, clever lady!!! My phone doesn't recognise my fingerprint - I just key in my PIN. Mind you, I'm not totally sure which finger I used to set it up!! This is a bit worrying for someone with admin rights on here. You'll have to take a photo on your phone of your nice clean conservatories!

Gem - you needed a nice relaxing afternoon. And it's always nice to find some bargains.

Nana - very pleased your sister is ok. It must be a weight off your mind.

Oma and Qwerty - I hope you sleep better tonight.

Aggie - I bet your garden will look a treat. What have you planted?

Plant - that sounds like another busy day for you.

Nanto - I could just eat a portion of those fish and chips, even though it is 10.30!!

Not feeling well , went to bed at 10.30 woke at 11.45 feeling very sick , have thrown up but still feel awfully sick ,
Being sick is most unusual for me , normally I feel like it but never actually throw up so has taken me by surprise
Sitting with hot water bottle on my stomach more of a comfort than helping really .
                          Feeling sorry for myself now

Good morning ladies. Raining this morning.

We weren't going to go into town this morning.
Just needed some things from the supermarket.
But,we are meeting up with youngest son and his partner for coffee, so town it is.

Good morning all , it’s been raining all night here and at the moment it’s very cloudy, hope it brightens up later.

Gem, my phone has finger print recognition set up on it but more often or not I have to use my pass code as I either put my finger on the pad too long / not long enough or I have just put moisturiser/ hand cream on so it won’t work .

Oma hope you are feeling better this morning and you managed to get some sleep

Qwerty , did you sleep ok . I don’t use my phone very often as I dislike the small screen.

Nana , good news about your sister’s scan . Has the dr suggested any treatment to ease any discomfort, cream or support stockings?

WeeGranny it’s going to be all go in your house

Aggie what have you planted in the garden , I like to be noisy as it gives me ideas for my garden !

As oldest DS is coming for lunch today I am cooking a Sunday roast on Saturday because on Sunday DD is taking me to a health spa where we are having a facial/ massage and then a ‘posh’ tea . It’s my mothers present off her and younger DS .

Bring me sunshine in your smile.

Good morning ladies. It's damp and drizzly here, but I hope it will brighten up later for the monthly dog walk/training session which is out of doors.

Oma - I do hope you're feeling better now. Take it easy today and rest. Sending hugs.

Mimi - that sounds like a nice week-end - Sunday lunch on Saturday and a spa day on Sunday. Have fun.

Nanto - enjoy your unexpected trip into town.
