My apologies dear qwerty at not having thought about things like tenas! Can't you stick them on with some double sided tape?
Glad you enjoyed your trip to the bright lights of London.......come to think of it, maybe you could use that double sided tape to stick your specs somewhere too!!!!Believe you can and you're halfway there.

I was going to comment about the double-sided tape, but have thought better of it!!!!! LOL
What a lot of poorly people we have around. I blame this hot and cold weather - it's been quite chilly today.
Dog training was hard going tonight. There was a new dog there and he really unsettled Eva, but that's part of the learning process, so onwards and upwards.
Today we've booked two short breaks with the caravan - one this month and one next. We usually leave it till the last minute, but things keep getting put in the diary and then we find we haven't got a few days clear.

Good morning all. Nice and sunny here at the moment, unlike yesterday’s dull and cloudy day.
Double sided tape !!
OH is much better today. I think sometimes he does too much . He can’t understand why a man aged 71 who isn’t in the best of health and insists on cutting the hedge on a very hot sunny day should feel under the weather the next day Men !
We we are going to town this morning. It’s our wedding anniversary on Saturday and I’ve have agreed not to buy each other presents, a card will be enough. We don’t need anything, I struggled enough to find him something for his birthday never mind buying another gift now. Also we have had a very expensive past month, what with a new washing machine, vacuum cleaner and several other outgoings .
Perhaps funerals take take longer to organise these days is because families live further apart . Harder to get everyone to be able to have the same free day I suppose.
Enjoy your day everyone
Bring me sunshine in your smile.

Good morning.
Daisy that’s a good idea to book your caravan holidays before the diary gets full up.
Mimi I’m glad OH is feeling better.Enjoy your trip to town ,perhaps a little sit down in a nice cafe could be on the agenda.
A fine start to the day here, after a cloudy day yesterday, though typically the sun did come out about teatime.
We are going to the popular holiday destination of Mumbles today and taking a picnic. It’s only a couple of short bus rides from where we live, just 15 minutes in a car. Always busy with locals and at this time of the year, visitors too.
Hope anyone feeling poorly soon feels better. Have a good day.

Good moaning each.
At least with double sided tape you wouldn’t need a bikini wax qwerty!
We are going to a friends 70th party on Saturday and I have nothing suitable to wear, so I will have to go into town. What a waste of valuable gardening time! Moan, moan, moan. I will make it quick, that will be easy as there are only a few shops worth looking in. Moan mumble, moan........Women are like tea bags; you never know how strong they are until they are put in hot water.

Good morning all.
Get a grip ladies, double sided tape in Qwerty's sensitive areas??!!
Good for you getting the caravan breaks booked Daisy
I'm glad your OH feels better Mimi.
A break from the twins, much as you love them, will do you good Qwerty.
I hope it stays dry for your gardening Nan2. I may cut the grass today.
DD3 and SIL arrived safely in Canada. Tired (it was about 3am our time when we heard from her) but fine. She has spent half the flight panicking that there would be some problem with their papers, but they were hardly looked at in immigration. I had told her that it was far nicer entering Canada than the states, where they make you feel like a master criminal!
I enjoyed the film Book Club yesterday. I had the screen to myself! Once I got over the oddness of being in a dark screen all alone, I enjoyed it. I could make as much noise as I liked with my popcorn and not worry that fidgettng in my seat would disturb anyone. When I bought my bag of popcorn from Tesco I bought a little can of Pimms which I drank watching the film in my splendid isolation
I am eating out with 2 friends tonight (One is the friend we ate out with when her OH was away)
No other plans today apart from taking mums audio books to the library. I may go to see another film, but I should do some ironing, so may find something to watch on TV instead so I can do that.
Have a good day everyone.“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

Morning sunbeams the saga of the knickers goes on my OH has adapted a pair of braces 🤭🤣 double sided tape ain’t strong enough to hold these , good job I have a sense of humour, but I did start it , hope no pervs looking in lol
This morning at 8.30 the tree fellers arrived have trimmed our holly bushes , and cut down 6 trees which were at least 12 foot high one included a monkey tree I bought for OH for his birthday, 30 yrs ago we put it down our side path but it’s got so big we had to keep trimming the branches back as we were all catching ours clothes and arms on it and it was lifting the flag path.
Today I shall be moving things around in my kitchen cupboards as I clean , have a good day all , I shall be up early tomorrow too my little Ka isn’t well so taking it in for a pipe fitting ??? All I know is it’s leaking oil, then hairdressers so busy busy but that’s tomorrow
