Hubby has started decorating the bathroom.
Neither of us like decorating anymore,usually get someone in.
But,he was desperate for something to do.
Not a lot to do really in the bathroom. One wall is half paper,all the rest is tiles.
He always says it looks warmer, with a bit of paper on the far wall.
He's just finished getting the old paper off.

Afternoon friends feeling a bit yuk not ill just I suppose fed up, I shouldn’t be I realise there are folk on here with so much more.
The twins yesterday adorable as they are is tiring, they were fratching all day all toys out from,doctors kit, play doh, rocket and accessories, dolly prom and accessories, big box of toy food, microwave, dvd Stickman , YouTube Knick knack paddy whack M slept an hr no chance J would so don’t get that hr break now. They didn’t want to go out made several suggestions Park, library nah .So exhausted and was in bed by nine Back on Saturday for sleepover 😜
Today they go for heart scan hope all will be well will let you know
The bungalow was sold after 3 dys and although I’m not that bothered it did take the wind out of my sails that property can go so quick
Snap Nan2 Going to local shopping out let to look for wallpaper for one of bathrooms it’s half papered and half that wood panelling you see that’s sort of white washed so might cheer myself up with a coffee and muffin as well
Hope Brian goes on ok , good to hear P is moving onwards Plant good news about sil but you do wonder what the pain is but Mr Daisy and Mr Clover seem better
Mushroom soup I make often but does need cream as otherwise it tastes a bit earthy and yes I did wash the mushrooms 😀
Weather was bad last night the wind and lashing rain phew, we have 3 leaks in the conservatory always do when the wind and rain blow in a certain direction that’s all from grumpy for the moment,

As everyone is talking about mushroom soup, that is what we are having for our snack this evening.

I turn my back for 24 hours and there's so much to catch up on! Forgive me if I've missed anything!

After the quiet half hour yesterday afternoon, both GD2 and Cooper kept we occupied as only a bouncy teething puppy and a bored but tired 4 year old can! GD1 had a doctor's appointment at 4.30, but, as you'd expect the doctor was running late so she and mummy and daddy got home late, meaning I had to rush home, get OH something to eat and rush out again for dog training. I finally got home at 11.30 and for some reason was very tired!!!

It was nice to relax at the hairdressers for an hour and I was really pleased with the way she'd styled my hair. Then I went outside and the wind blew it all over the place! Then it started to rain! By the time I walked Cooper as I'd promised I look as though I'd been drawn through a hedge backwards.

OH is still in bed. He's really feeling poorly and has got a bad headache. As soon as he moves he starts coughing. He's on a knock-out dose of antibiotics but isn't well enough to go for his chest x-ray yet. And now I have a really silly problem - my car says it's got 56 miles of fuel left, and I can't fill the wretched thing because the cap is so awkward and stiff I just can't undo it! OH always fills it up. He says he'll go and do it, but he really should be staying in the warmth I feel. I need my car tomorrow - I've got GD2 and Cooper again. DIL2 has to go to a funeral (her grandfather's) along with the other grandparents, and if I can't fill my car up I will have to stay over at their house all day. I could take OH's but can't fix the child seat in that, so would have to walk to fetch GD1 from school if needed, but it's too far for GD2 to walk there and back. DIL might be back in time to collect GD1, but I really would like to bring GD2 and puppy here for a change. I could just risk not running out of fuel - there and back times 2 is about 40 miles. I'm too tired to even try and work out what to do for the best! I'll be glad when this week is over!

Mimi - no wonder you are feeling exhausted as well. I hope tonight is better.

Enfys - what good news. Your OH is doing very well, and I'm sure he will feel a bit better in himself for having some 'proper food'.

Clover - pilates is so hard, I really admire you. And it's lovely that a few of you enjoy it without getting too worried about your inner cores.

Plant - I'm sure you'll soon be whizzing around in your new car and wondering why you worried about getting in and out of the garage. I'm sure your GD will be find with the automatic. Thank goodness your SIL hasn't got another DVT.

Oma - I hope B's scan is clear. Keeping everything crossed until the 11th. xx I hopes he notices how nice and shiny your sockets are.

It must be the season for mushroom soup, with so many people having it! I love mushrooms but can't have cream, so mushroom soup is a bit of a no-no for me.

Can you have cream substitute Daisy. I use Elmlea just because it last longer in the fridge than real cream. It tastes the same.

OMG Daisy at least I have help from OH but for you at the moment it’s like looking after another child when our hubbys are ill I am not worthy 🙇*♀️I am going for my hair and nails doing tomorrow, feel we deserve this but hope I don’t get caught by the weather like you did this woman’s prices are a mortgage !!
Twins are fine they have to have another scan end of February think it’s just a follow up so yay they were treated to hot chocolate in Sainsbury’s my dil knows how to treat them lol
Daisy we have a Victorian suite in one of the bathrooms it’s white with the odd blue flower, the loo has a pot belly cistern if that makes sense and brass taps , the paper that is on now is blue with fleur de lys , now looking for a gold paper or a white background with gold on it saw one I liked with a large quill type feather but still not sure came home with nothing 😕

Some of you ladies have been busy, I had to wait in for furniture delivery. It has rained and rained all day,and blown a hooley. I kept myself occupied making bread rolls and doing yet more washing 😵 Hoping sofa number 2 is delivered tomorrow as I am having to share my space 😉 Daisy,Qwerty and Enyfs hope your other halves are on the mend. 😘

Daisy I’m so sorry hubby is so poorly. At least he’s on antibiotics and I’m sure the X-ray can wait a few days.
I hope you can find a solution to your petrol problem.Could someone undo the cap for you and then you drive gently to the garage?

We have to go to Dr's on Monday to talk about B having his Childhood jabs , I'm praying he has to go to the baby clinic oh if he does I will have so much fun with that little gem hahaha

DD has gone on the sick , she hasn't done that for many years but this flu has knocked her for six ,
She's a tiny size 6 so has nothing to fight with and feels so poorly ,I have to admit we are all worried about her , SIL is coming down with it too , plus B so I stand no chance its going to go through our family isn't it
