Today OH decided to take me to the cinema thinks I need to get out more we went to see Going out in Style with MIchael Caine, Morgan Freeman and Alan Adkin so funny 3 old men rob a bank for the right reasons I can recommend it. This afternoon I have a cotton wool buds cleaning the overflows in bathroooms 😀
Weather here no sun but managed to get two loads of washing dry!
Daisy tradesmen have their own agendas and have us over a barrel I have always added an extra month onto whatever builders say ☹️
Oma is Josh the accident prone child ? I would be scared to let him out lol

No Qwerty hes usually quite good but at almost 13 hes at that age when they act stupid and think they are iron man Hes been for lunch and hes battered and bruised but ok , his friend phoned him while he was hear to ask if he was ok , obviously feels bad about it but accidents happen , , Film sounds good I would like to see that xx

Been a lovely day here. Sat outside with coffee when we got back from hospital and made the most of the sun and warmth.

Qwerty - I like the sound of the film. It does you good to get out and about. I told myself that this morning when I came out of the hairdressers and somehow found myself in the sports shop buying a new pair of trainers - only £95 (that was with a discount!) I've justified them to myself because they are very supportive, and very comfortable and after I had that agonising plantar fasciitis a few years ago I'm not taking any chances. I usually wear walking boots in the Forest, but in the summer it seems a bit OTT, so good trainers are the next best thing. They are bright pink and blue! The man in the shop apologised that they don't come in a choice of colours, and I said it was ok, I don't suppose the dog minds what colour they are as long as she gets her walkies. This is the only place I know where they all but push you out of the door to have a walk up and down the road in the trainers before you buy them!

I then went shopping for birthday cards - at least 6 between now and the end of May, and I have a feeling I've forgotten someone. I wanted funny cards for a couple of people, but didn't find any. They were either very old hat, sexist, rude or just not funny. I'm probably just getting a miserable old woman!

WeeGranny - I hope the hospital appointment went ok. Sometimes you just don't feel like cooking, do you! There are days when the only thing that drives me into the kitchen to prepare a meal is hunger!

It's been lovely and sunny here, but not very warm, and the jacket over a short sleeved t-shirt I went out in just wasn't warm enough. I can't get clothes right at this time of the year!

Morning ladies Hospital day 12 o'clock appointment , I hate those as mid day and afternoons it's always packed .
Very grey and drab hear think we will get rain , been feeling sick since yesterday morning up and down all night just coming over in waves but not actually being sick no idea what it is fingers crossed it's just a 24 hour bug don't have any other symptoms just that .
Have a good day and hope the Birthday girls get everything they want xxx

It was my turn to feed the cats and make the morning tea and it felt very cold, so I am staying in bed a bit longer!
I will do my mums shopping this morning, appointment at 2.30 today, then II'll visit mum and take her shopping to her late afternoon.

Friends have invited us round for a meal tonight, so no cooking!
