Nanto - I'm glad you've got a date and time, and being first of the list is good. Hopefully you won't have too much hanging around waiting. I hope you can put it to the back of your mind for now. xxx

        Good morning ladies.
Nan2 , not too long to wait which is good and first on the list is ideal, you won't have to wait wait till middle afternoon till they get to you.
DIL popped by last night which was lovely as I haven't seen her in such a long time. Just wish middle DS and DD would take a leaf out of her book. 😔
It seems to be cold outside this morning, just hope the rain holds out while I am waiting outside for my friend to give me a lift to our yoga class.
        Have a nice Saturday everyone.
Bring me sunshine in your smile.

Good morning everyone. It's a bit damp here but hopefully won't rain.

We've got nothing much planned for today - so after we've walked Eva I want to get on with some gardening. I just hope the weather co-operates.

Good morning all. Dull but dry here so far. Nothing much planned for today. I bought a new slow cooker a couple of days ago so might do some batch cooking. Have a nice day.

Very dull here too, no plans, open to surprises.

                  Good morning all.
Off to the designer outlet for a look round later, and to buy hair colour from Holland and Barratt. I need to buy a birthday cake for my sister too.

Tonight we should be babysitting for DD1, whose birthday was yesterday. Although the antibiotics have kicked in and she is getting better, she's not up to going out yet.

                  Have good day everyone

I just chucked myself around Tesco and superdrug early this morning. Now I have cleaned the kitchen to within an inch of its life, it is all very well hVing a shiny white handle less kitchen but it does not fare well when your husband drops a dish of chilli on the completely unforgiving floor, nothing bounces but the chilli did! I thought we had got it all last night but in the daylight it was a mess! Now I have holiday washing on as it was windy and dry but during the wash cycle it has started p-ing down. Just my luck.

Gem,I hope you enjoy your shopping trip. We have a designer outlet about 40 minutes away which we occasionally go to. I hope you find some bargains. Were you looking for anything special?
Sorry your DD is still poorly. Hopefully she can enjoy her celebration when she's better.
I hope your sister likes her cake.

Zizi how exasperating the chilli got dropped. It splashes everywhere doesn't it?

We went out for the paper and it started with a light drizzle but by the time we got home it was pouring down. Just about managed to keep a brolly up but my arms were aching from the effort of fighting the wind.

Good to hear M is gradually getting better.
ZIZI, what a mess to have to clean up.
Gem, hope you DD is feeling better soon.

Gem _ i hope you found some nice things at the outlet place - for your holidays? Poor DD - it's not fair being poorly on your birthday. I hope she's soon better.

Zizi - I can imagine the mess with the chilli! I dropped a casserole dish on the floor when the boys were staying at half term, and I seemed to be finding slivers of glass for ages even though we'd swept, hoovered and cleaned the floor.

Clover - It was wind here too, but the rain held off until mid-afternoon. I managed about an hour's gardening before I decided it was getting too wet, but this mroning is was very windy when we took Eva out. She was a bit of a nutcase, again. I think the wind unsettles her.

Oma - it's good to hear M is making progress, and laughter is a great medicine. I hope his Mum didn't tire him too much.

Good news Oma about M pleased to hear he is laughing again

Haven't done much today, watched the rugby with SIL and had another go at the crocheting, nothing to show yet, still trying to do a square.

GS came to watch the second match, only 4 weeks before the baby is due

Just the usual Sunday morning for us.
Later today, we will all gather at Man and Dads, as we have relatives coming over from Blackburn.
