Good morning ladies. New chatbox and a new month. !

September is a busy month for birthdays for family and friends. There is at least one a week
Todaywe are going to visit DS in his new flat. This will also be an opportunity to stroll around the area where myself and OH used to live as children, it should be interesting.
Have a lovely day everyone and I hope September is kind to all of us and hopefully we can cling on to summer for a little longer.
Bring me sunshine in your smile.

Good Morning everyone, how fast the months are flying by and all the birthdays are upon us again most of our birthday dates are between now and March with 4 right on top of C-----mas (cant bare to type that word as yet).
We have been wallpaper buying so will have a busy week when I am on my holidays 1st week in October so everywhere will be fresh and spruced up once again,am thinking of new curtains for lounge but am finding very little to choose from in the pale colours that I like.I'm thinking of a light damask design in a self colour of possibly cream with a silk content so they fall nicely I feel a trip to Dunelm/JL coming on.
          Keep Calm,You're Fabulous

Good morning all you early riser chatterboxers!

Our family has only one birthday between now and that day I am NOT going to name!

Plant - I know it won't be the same going swimming without your dear friend, but I'm sure she would want you to go, and you will get chatting to other people. It's such good exercise as well. If I were closer I'd come with you. xx

Mimi - I hope your DS is settling down well in his new flat. I wonder if the area has changed much? I'm sure you and your OH will have a lot of memories. Did you know each other as children?

Gem - no worries, except I forgot my Admin login!!! I hope your Mum is ok.

Nanto and Mimi - what lovely graphics to start our new Chatbox. Thank you both. GM - sounds like a good day for you.

Oma - I hope everything goes well at the hospital today. As you say, September has come round quickly and 'back to school' seems to be on everyone's mind. I don't know how you can mention September and the C word in the same post!!!

I'm still trying to persuade Eva to go into the garden and do what she has to do this morning. She wouldn't go to her usual places earlier on, even though I went with her. She kept looking pleadingly at me and trying to go back into the house. In the end she climbed up on the bench and I sat with her for a few minutes. Then I spotted it - a cat!!!! sunning itself in the border. I didn't realise she is such a wuss!!!

A quiet day for me as well - as far as I know. I'm feeling very smug because I gave our bedroom a good spring clean yesterday, and started making a new set of photos up for our digital photo frame. I also put some numbers into our house phone - the ones OH is always asking me for because he doesn't know how to do the phonebook. I think he doesn't want to do it - he leaves it to me! Plus loads of little jobs that have been annoying me for a while but I haven't had time to do.

The sun's shining here, so I think it's going to be a day in the garden, watching the weeds grow.

Annoyed with husband as he agreed to have the children for the next two days and told me last night that he is now working tomorrow. Now I love them to bits but I cannot work with three kids running around and demanding stuff. It is always the same, he says things to people like we will go and get something for them or pick them up or drop them off and I say I am working and he says oh it will only take ten minutes. I AM WORKING!!!! I have so much to do and I have my PDR on Monday plus a meeting at Kings Cross in the morning to take over some community stuff that someone had decided they wanted to do "on my own for my satisfaction" and now they have made promises to various organisations and have decided that they are too busy! When I go up to town for meetings like yesterday that takes a total of about three hours off my day for doing things which puts me further behind.

Kids and and husband are at the pictures so won't be back until about 5, I have got a few bits done and have stopped off on here for a rest. Children won't be collected until lunchtime tomorrow. Weather is lovely today and husband had them in the garden for a little picnic this morning but all they wanted to do was sit on the stairs inside playing you tube videos! Bought Ben his school shoes today. It was very easy, in and out in fifteen minutes. They are all sleeping over tonight so I am sure it will be an early start tomorrow........
