Sunny,but cooler. We did have some rain yesterday.

Beds stripped and in washer ready to go out when done ,
Didnt sleep so did downstairs during night ,

Just had a shower cleaned bathroom after went to dry my hair only to discover I hadn’t rinsed the conditioner off ,
Had to hang over the sink to rinse it off and then clean the sink again ,
Hate when I do that 🙄

Odd jobs to do around the house and garden that’s about it for today ,

I have been for an early bike ride before the racing groups were awake. I am now multi tasking in-between packing a suitcase.

My neighbour came yesterday with a chicken she had grilled for me, delicious!!! That will be me eating chicken until I leave.

Oma, I do things like that, forget to rinse conditioner out!

Good morning. Been busy this morning but now all the upstairs is clean and tidy ready for my visitors. DD popped in for coffee too which was nice. Think I’ll have a restful afternoon with my crochet and library books after I’ve had lunch. The trouble is, when I get going I don’t know when to stop!

poured with rain overnight, but been quite pleasant this morning. Skies look very heavy again so more rain soon I think. .

Hello everyone, bit of a late check in today.

DD2 had GS1 for a sleepover last night, and called to see us when dropping GS off. These were the first people apart from OH who I had seen for 10 days. It made me very emotional..They didn't stay long but it really did me good to see them. DD said I don't look well, but I'm sure I must look a lot better than a few days ago! I spoke to DD3 on the phone for quite a long time a bit later. That did me good too. I had become very insular and just wrapped up in my own woes.
OH and I are taking some things over to DD3 tomorrow, which will be my first time getting out of the house. Upwards and onwards.

You must be tired Oma x

Sunny here,but very breezy.

New door is looking good. I think it will look even better when its been painted.
Well you know how one job leads to another,hubby decided the porch needed decorating.
Anyway, its done now. I think the paint for the door will be here in the next day or two.

It hasn’t been as bright or warm today as it has been but I got both lots of bedding out and dried, I think the breeze helped
We went toB&Q yesterday for kickboards but they didn’t have the colour we needed (maple )
Today we went to a smaller DIY shop and got them no bother plus they cut them to size so savedB getting saws etc out ,
He put them on today so it’s all sorted now .

Back now, I have been out with GD2 and baby H most of the time in J Lewis, then to Waitrose for her to do some shopping. H was her usual delightful self, she is getting to be very independent.

Gemini, pleased to hear you are mixing with others again, that was certainly some bug.

Daisy, I hope that party is going with a swing and they are all enjoying that delicious food.

Enfys you will feel happier now you have the upstairs cleaned and ready for your family. Not long now, I hope the weather is kind for their visit.

I rang GD1 to check up on her. All was well.

It was a bit dull earlier,but its brightened up a bit now.

Just the usual kind of day for us. Don't i sound boring.

Rain forecast at some point this morning, it’s dull but very stuffy ,

We have just had a sheet on the bed all week but last night I just left the Duvet on ,
Big mistake we fought with it all night then 4 this morning had to get up take it off and put the sheet back on it was so hot in the bedroom , windows wide but didn’t help .

Good morning, I am getting there with my packing Oma!!!

I have coffee duty this morning the pool this afternoon. It could rain later on so maybe use the car.

I really must do some cleaning today, just a dust and the Dyson. It is a toss up whether I go to bowling or watch some tennis. Oma, yes the other two GC are growing fast, I don’t see GS very often because he is at school but he came into my place to see me the other day, gave me a cuddle and then proceeded to go into all my rooms and said you have a lot of wool Gt.GM. His sister is a sweetie, I see her every Wed, she is two, coming on three. I suppose I mention H more because I see her more often and she is such a clown and always got a smile and a laugh.

Lizzie, packing going well, trip getting closer, are you getting excited?

Nanto, I hope it will not be too long before that baby arrives.
