The toilet is a bit over the top but strangely I quite like it 😁
Not worth claiming on insurance on the door it’s only costing £140 ,
Still waiting for them to arrive so prepared a fish pie for tea , had some Cod and Salmon in the freezer ,
Whats left over i will cook for the dog tomorrow .

That is what I think Oma, lovely but not for me! I bet GS went home with a smile on his face!

Phew busy day with library, school pick up and martial arts class for GS1!
I dropped him home around 6.45 then came home and cooked. I will rest this evening so I have some energy for aqua in the morning!!

Gem - that was a busy day, but I'm sure GS1's mum and dad were very grateful for your taxi service today. I wonder if the library is always busy in the mornings? I hope you've recovered ready for Aqua tomorrow. It's all go, isn't it!

Oma - lovely to spoil our grandchildren, isn't it. It's one of the unexpected pleasures I've found since becoming a grandma!

Plant - how have you been today?

Nanto - I'll be thinking about you tomorrow. I hope the funeral goes as well as these things can. Sending hugs. xx

Lizzie - it makes some kind of sense to have flowers in the toilets of a garden centre, but I'd be sitting there looking over my shoulder in case a Triffid shot out and grabbed me!!

It's been a busy but very pleasant day today. I went and collected Cooper. He and Eva played nicely together and I managed to get a load of washing done and dried. OH had to go into Lymington for a few errands. We were just about to have lunch when our lovely neighbour called round to tell us what the referral vet had said about Missy's joint problems. One leg needs more investigation though, so she's got to go back next week for a CT or MRI scan on that one. I hope it's something they can fix for her - she's a young and very active little doggy.

After lunch we took Eva and Cooper up to the paddock. OH took Eva first, and walked her round on lead a couple of times to try and get her to calm down. Cooper was very good and got in the car with no trouble. They had a great time chasing each other round and round, in between having drinks of water. They look so funny, standing on opposite sides of a huge water bowl, both slurping away!

Then I took Cooper back to his house and the girls' other gran was there as well - she'd collected GD2 from school. GD2 was delighted to have us both together! GD1 is a little better each day, and she was hoping the second part of her school online Parents' Evening would be a good as the first part yesterday. She'd done some Maths today, but I think even that tired her out.

I came home with giant chocolate cookies which GD2 had made, so we had a treat with our cup of tea!!

                Definitely bed time, now! xx

We say goodbye to dad today. Its seems to have been a long time to wait.
Nearly a month since he died.

                  Have a good day ladies.

                    Good morning ladies,

Dear Nan2, sending love to you today. It is a long time to have to wait xx

I'm glad to hear GD1 is slowly regaining strength Daisy. I suppose they think it is some sort of virus she had?
How busy I'm at the library is unrelated to how many customers there are. I will write more about that later!

Aqua aerobics this morning. I will pick my friend T up at 9.15. Sadly the friend I started to go with couldn't get a space this week. I feel very tired due to another bad night but hopefully I will perk up! I have no other plans so can flake out in the afternoon if I need to.

Good morning, thinking of you Nanto, a month is a long time to wait. XXX

Daisy, you did have a busy day with the dogs. I am pleased GD1 is slowly improving.

I made someone very happy yesterday afternoon. I went to Delft and put my bike in the compound, walking past the library I saw a bike like my friends, €4,000 worth, with the key in the lock! I walked on then decided I had to do something so I locked it up and handed the key in at the library, when I walked back 30 minutes later the bike had gone so I went in to ask if the lady had picked her key up. She told me she went and asked if anyone had found a key, so the lady told her what had happened and she couldn't believe it! She said " there must be some honest people in the country"! She went on to say she won't do it again!!!! She wouldn't be insured either as you have to have 2 keys.

Good Morning ladies, its such a nice bright morning here on Merseyside up bright and early today as I have to go and have an eye injection today,my DDs partner is taking me as I'm not allowed to drive due to the drops they put in the eyes hopefully this will be the last of them,I have not been out the past couple of days I have been emptying out all my cupboards and drawers and have filled a box of nic-naks to go to the charity shop scarf's/gloves/hair clips etc made lots of space.

I felt proud of myself after a chat with the man from BT... a couple of weeks ago on the Martin Lewis show he was doing a programme about lessening your bills and spoke about the BT option called "Home Essentials" where if you get gaurenteed pension credit you can get your BB & Phone line with free calls 24/7 for £20.00 I thought I was hearing things but was proved wrong I rang them and they have put me on the scheme I got the e-mail this morning confirming my application so that will save me £23 a month I dont use my phone much but I need the LL for the help line that I have here just got to wait now and see what I can do when the Elec/Gas increase comes into force.

The two hanging baskets that I bought from Home Bargains last week are looking good outside my front door I decided to buy ready planted rather than do them myself they are a cute mixture of autumn miniture plants with mini daffodils in the centre they will look lovely when they all come out.

Off now to shower and change for my appointment pick up time will soon be here and I don't rush when getting ready.
                              Take care everyone x glamma

Good morning everyone. I've overslept again, so I'm in a bit of a rush now to get some things done this morning before dog training this afternoon. It's a lovely sunny morning and quite mild.

Nanto - will be thinking of you. xx

Glamm - I hope this last eye injection goes well and then you can put it all behind you. How is your shoulder these days? Well done on taking up the BT option. What a good deal. Hanging baskets are so cheery especially at this time of year.

Oma - have a good day spoiling Storm!

Lizzie - that was very kind of you to secure that e-bike. No wonder the lady was grateful.

Gem - how frustrating that your other friend couldn't get a place at Aqua this week! Everyone is filling the media up with the importance of getting exercise, eating sensibly, being active etc and people who want to do something healthy like aqua can't get a place! Enjoy a relaxing afternoon.

I hope everyone is having a sunny day as well!
