Oma I do hope you feel brighter soon maybe a walk with the dog will blow the cobwebs away and you'll feel better.
Plant you are very busy with the knitting is everything you are doing for little Harriot I used to love knitting little coats and pram jackets for my little one's not now though as they are so big and I get bored.

Gems can you look at my subscription as I am getting a notice when I click on any pics posted such as Oma's mirror and some garden pics I am getting a message saying my membership does not allow me access to these pics very strange I have never had a problem before. xxx
I will catch up later as I have to go and have my blood taken for my diabetes review today it seems to come around so quickly.

Glamma, I tried to look at my own photos on my media the other day and could not see any of them So it won't be a problem with your membership. I will take a look though.
I meant to mention this to Daisy, who is the photo expert amongst us.

I have just had a long round about drive from my mums house. Just to blow away the cobwebs. I'm going stir crazy stuck in!! After a dull start it's a nice sunny day now.

I feel a bit stir crazy today but the GGC are next door so I have spent some time in there with them. I have a warfarin check on Friday so will try to last out until then.

Plant, maybe this amount of Lockdown (preceded by restrictive tiers) is long enough to make us go stir crazy!!

DD had to go to Breast clinic again today , another breast lump , when they did the Mammogram they found another in her other breast but very small one ,
Thankfully yet again they are fluid filled cysts ,
They drained both but said she may have to go back in a few weeks as the small one was just starting to fill so they didn't get much out so it may fill again.

There is nothing they can do to prevent them but did say that once she is through the Menopause and her periods stop for good the cysts should stop too ,

Speaking to Gem today and the same happened to her and they did stop after Menopause so im hopeful this will happen with my DD

Although she knew what it was as this is the 4 year running she has had them there is always that fear in the back of your mind ,
Its bad enough when its yourself but when its your DD ad you have no control its even harder .

Thank you Gem for your wise words today it made a difference

Oma - thank goodness they were just cysts your DD has, although I know you can't help worrying. I know you will make very sure she has regular check-ups. Is she having other menopause symptoms? I'm so glad Gem was able to help put your mind at rest. xx

Gem and Glamm - Glamm, there's nothing wrong with your membership (or anybody else's) and I'll have a look at photos/media etc, but really tired tonight, after a long day, so I may leave it till tomorrow.

Gem - OH took his car out for a run yesterday, to top the battery up, and also just to get out for a while. I was going to take Eva out this afternoon, but events overtook us and we didn't go - it's all on the Exciting Day thread.

Plant - how lovely to spend some time with the GGCs - they must be such a joy, and even more so during lockdown. xx

Pouring down, and it has all through the night.

Oma, pleased it was only cysts and nothing more sinister for DD.

Nothing planned, just the usual kind of day.

Off to read about Daisy's exciting day.

Oma, pleased they were only cysts, we do worry! The daughter of a friend of mine, she had her breast removed and another built up, she is now undergoing chemo as protection of cells spreading, she is really ill with it, she told her mother the last time, no chemo ever again, now she has to go through it all. She has 3 young daughters at home because of the schools, her husband has to go to Germany for his work and she is feeling really low!! Her husband is home as much as he can be.

Pouring with rain here as well, I have just been to the Lidl, I thought about going in the car, but, as it is only across the road I went on the bike.

My BIL was rushed to hospital early yesterday morning, he could hardly breath!!!! They did all tests etc in the hospital and he was allowed home yesterday afternoon, he said all he could think was that the boys would have to go through it all again so soon after their mothers death! He gets acid build up in his throat and thinks he panicked because of it as, luckily, the doctors couldn't find anything.

                    Good morning everyone.

                    Similar weather here Nan2..
Oma I was so relieved for you all. Even when you have had cysts before and they reassure you it is probably the same again, you worry.
I am going to collect GD and GS2 this morning. I wanted a drive and it saves DD one of the trips.
I will be dropping some things off at the care home for mum as we will be passing.

                    Have a good day everyone.

Its never stopped raining since yesterday it is so gloomy ,

Daisy she has been going through Menopause for over a year , Had all the tests to confirm it but until her periods have stopped for at least 1 year they said these cysts will come back as they are hormonal , She hasnt had a period for 5 month now so fingers crossed they will stay like that ,

Gem shame you cant give your Mum a cuddle when you go but brighter times are coming im sure of it xx

Forgot to say , watching Sky news late on Monday night and they were talking about the victims of Covid , Then my Brothers photo came on and they did a piece about him ,
Was lovely to see but I thought what about people who are struggling to come to terms with a death then all of a sudden their loved ones photo pops up on the TV ,
I can imagine it being distressing for some people .

Oh dear Oma, it would be lovely to see but I can understand people being distressed. I was watching BBC about all the people that have died and I thought about your brother.xxxx

Wow Oma, that must have been a surprise.

I have a Zoom keep fit with my aqua friends this morning, might pop out later to the farm shop as I am out of fruit, apart from that no other plans.

Lizzie, your Bil must have been scared, he must be on edge since loosing his wife.

Thanks Plant, he is on edge, he tends to panic at times. Natural of course.

Good morning everyone. It's showery here, but much warmer, thank goodness.

Gem - enjoy your day with GD and GS2. It does you good to get out a bit, even if it's in the car, and I'm sure your DD is grateful to you collecting the GCs.

Lizzie, your friend's poor DD, coping with dreadful illness and a young family. Is you friend able to help with the children? What a scare for your BIL. He's been through such an awful time, though and you can see why he panicked. I hope he's ok now.

Nanto - I think the graphic sums up the weather for a lot of us today. We're just going to take Eva for a run between showers (we hope!)

EDIT: Sorry, I'm not ignoring people - our Sainsbury's order arrived just as I had started to type, and I didn't see the later posts.

Oma - so glad you're feeling better, but take it easy, young lady. Don't overdo things. Hopefully your DD will soon be through the menopause. It can be such a horrible time, and she's working so hard as well. It must have been a shock to see the segment about your brother on tv. I don't think they even give a thought to how it might affect their relatives.

Plant - happy Zooming. Not like having the aqua class, I know, but I'm sure it's fun.

Lizzie - does your BIL have neighbours who keep an eye on him?
