Good morning everyone. Many thanks for the selection of gorgeous graphics to start the week.
Mimi - how exciting to have grey paint for your new garden's fences. I sympathise - my OH tends to stick to the traditional, although I did persuade him that my summerhouse was painted a soft blue. The fact that due to a mix up in Sir's shopping for the paint meant they ended up soft green was OK! We had slate chipping in the front garden about 5 years ago and they are really good. They would look fabulous against the grey fence. I do feel for you with not seeing DD because of the Iron Curtain between us and Wales. OH's oldest sister and his youngest brother live in Wales with their children in England. His sister and her husband haven't seen their two DDs for well over a year and it's heartbreaking.
Gem - I was thinking about you and your mum yesterday afternoon. Perhaps she didn't seem very happy because she was just overwhelmed at seeing you again after all this time. Hopefully she will be a bit more relaxed on Friday. I hope you can get the information for all the paperwork. It's frustrating when the 'gate keepers' don't respond.
Oma - your living room will look amazing. I bet you can't wait! I hope the chat with the doctor goes better than you're expecting. xx
Nanto - take it easy, relax and enjoy your coffee.
I'm going to get my shower - the internet is dodgy this morning, and I keep losing the connection. Back later - hopefully!!
