Grauntie, you are such a talented lady. My lockdown projects have been mainly knitting. Whole seabass sounds delicious, hope OH enjoys it in spite of the bones. By the way, have you got all the vowels in our game of Word, I am struggling without them.

Morning ladies it's dull but dry ,
up early so gave the downstairs a good thrashing and put Bicarb and vinegar down the sink and loo sink left it to do it's magic for half hour while I damp dusted the bedrooms and crawled under our bed to get to dusty skirting ,
That's only trouble having a bed off the floor you can see the dust a divan is too heavy to move regular and you don't see anything
so you don't move it do you ,
My garden looks like in the autumn when all the leaves fall but it's forecast more high winds in next couple of days so no point clearing them yet .
Enfys hope OT is helpful .
Gem I think it's forecast fine later but you know what our forecasts are like they rarely get it right but fingers crossed X Daisy it may be a wardrobe cleaning day today
GM I love Bass but can't have bones it must be de boned for me too ,
Nanto hop in law's are well xx
Im not fat just 6ft too small

Plant, ITβS MY TURN! π Just let me win one game, pretty please...π€¨
Iβm still plodding away at my right handed by a leftie knitting. I do love knitting, Iβm just not very good tension wise. I will ask questions in the hobbies thread.Women are like tea bags; you never know how strong they are until they are put in hot water.

Oma - I hope the wind drops so you don't get overrun with leaves!
Grauntie - you have so many hobbies and talents - I don't know how you have time to take your turn at Word - vowels or not. How was the sea bass? Is it a silly question to ask why you are trying to knit right-handed if you are naturally left-handed?

Daisy, Plant beats me so many times. I think Iβm on a winner and then she crucifies me without mercy.
The sea bass was tasty, I went through OHβs with a fine toothed fork.πWomen are like tea bags; you never know how strong they are until they are put in hot water.

Grauntie - there's a special kind of heaven reserved for people who take the bones out of their other half's fish! You've just earned you place.
Plant is such a sweet lady - are you sure it's not an imposter playing in her name?

Good morning, Nanto, and all who call in later.
It looks as though we've had rain overnight, but the sun's shining off and on this morning. I really must sort my wardrobe out today so I can take the bags round to a neighbour who's collecting for Bag2School to raise money for the village pre-school which needs premises.
Other than that, there's washing piling up but I'll see what the weather does first.
Enfys - how did the appointment with the OT go? I hope it was helpful.
Oma - did you get a better night's sleep last night after all your cleaning under beds yesterday?
Well, here we are in July - come back sunshine it's definitely summer.

Good morning Nan2, Daisy and other friends
Dull here but no sign of rain yet.
OH is off to golf, invited to play by the Lady Captain. It seems it is on a par with being invited to the captain's table on a cruise!
I am having reflexology at 11, no plans apart from that.
Have a good day everyone.

GeminiI hope OH plays well and outplays the captain. Enjoy your reflexology
Morning Nanto, hope the rain stays
Daisy, I hope you get to sort out those clothes today, we have sun atm but I am not optimistic that it will remain. Bathrooms might get done today. GD and OH went to the Safari Park yesterday, they came back with their windscreen wipers still intact, they are going to Whipsnade on Friday. What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

Well our drive to the county park is off this morning it's raining again , it's just at the top of my Sister's estate so I did intend surprising her and go knock on her front window but that won't happen today
Last night I ventured to the local Co-op garage , we had no bread for today and for toast ,
We waited till 9pm then I sat outside till I knew it was empty and nipped in , got bread and some lovely π they are lovely and red no yellow bits on top .
Honestly it was like a SAS mission all I needed was the Balaclava and the music , I'm a bit old to do the rolling on the floor bit I couldn't get up again they would need a winch
Can you believe on the 28th it will be 1 year since Tizzy pastIm not fat just 6ft too small

Its brightening up,so may do the garden this afternoon.
Big news today is that after having no post for just over 2 weeks,we got some today.
Our local delivery office has been closed, due to some staff having the virus.Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Oma, it doesn't seem possible it is nearly a year since Tizzy died, I still miss her a lot. I still have that picture of her that you gave me. Oma, I feel like that too when I go into our local shop, I have to take a Hermes parcel there today. I wouldn't attempt the roll if I was you, I wonder when we will feel reasonably safe to visit a shop. Sorry you have had to cancel your trip out, your sister would have been pleased to see you.
A bit of sun here and no wind, well a slight breeze. What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare
