    Good morning ladies.

Lizzie, wallpaper is not a matter to be rushed into, I would take a lot of time too, until I found the right one.
Oma, I watched TV, pottered in the garden a bit, then took my Kindle into the garden. By 4pm I couldn't concentrate for worrying they had been killed on the roads, so I texted DD to ask if they were still coming - and realised I had got it wrong when she replied!!
    How is B today?

Today my car is going for its MOT.
GS1 is coming for an afternoon in the garden, so DD can have 3 hours in her office.
I don't think it will rain, fingers crossed!

Have a good day everyone, keep well and safe.

Good morning everyone. Lovely graphic, Nanto. I love salad, too.

Lizzie - yes definitely better to have second thoughts before the paper's on your wall, and you can always change your mind again later. It is lovely, but I agree, it needs a rooms that's flooded with light most of the day.

Gem - enjoy your afternoon - I hope it stays dry for you and GS. You must have been very worried when they didn't turn up yesterday. I hope your car passes its MOT. I think mine's due soon.

Plant - how are you today?

Oma - it's surprising how long on-line shopping can take, isn't it! I must to dour Sainsbury's order today or tomorrow. It feels as though I'm ordering more food before we've eaten much of what's in the fridge. I hope B is feeling better today. xx

It's sunny at the moment, so I must get the lawn cut and finish planting the beans and courgettes my neighbour gave me. After that, I don't know - see what happens.

He's not too bad at the moment just taken a anti sickness pill so hopefully he will manage lunch , we now thinking it may be a flare up of his graft V host as his face is sore around the eyes again and that's a indication of it but we will wait and see xx

Lizzie, loved the wallpaper but it is a big decision, I am hopeless at making those sort of decisions. Table looked good.

Gemini, you must have been worried, I thought I was the only one who muddles up dates. Have a nice time with GS. Good luck with the MOT.

Oma I hope the anti-sickness tablets help.

It is early in the day yet but I think my tummy feels a bit better today, I don't think it would have been so bad if I was getting more exercise. DS gets it quite badly and has had to be hospitalized in the past as the pocket became infected. He advised a hot water bottle on the tummy.

Plant do you have diverticular disease?
Certainly when my ibs is very bad a hot water bottle does help with the pain.
Oma, it does sound rather as though it may be graft vs host rearing it's head again.

My car passed its MOT It should have really only being about 4 years old, but you never know.

Oma - I didn't realise graft v host could keep coming back like this. I hope it clears up soon.

Gem - well done to you car for passing its annual test. I'm now thorough confused! Is it today you've had GS visiting? I hope the rain held off.

Plant - do particular foods trigger diverticulitis, if that's what's causing the pain. I hope you've had a good day and a bit of exercise. I bet you're missing your bowls and swimming.

Nanto - it's been quite warm here - warmer in the garden than in the house. I sat out for a while this evening and it was lovely, but I think we may get some of the storms tomorrow.

I think I need an early night tonight after our busy day yesterday.

Dull this morning, with very fine drizzle.

Not sure what i'm doing today apart from ironing.
There always seems to be ironing on my list.

Good morning, heavy thunder in the night and looks like more to come, some parts of Holland had downpours. I have just been to the local dispensary, the owner lost his (young) wife , she took her own life a year ago, 2 small kiddies, I asked how he was, he said " how kind of you to ask", I told him I had thought about asking before when I see him, now he was stood near the door so asked, he said he is coping and getting used to it all. It must be very difficult for them all to come to terms with.

Good morning everyone. Pretty flowers, Nanto.

It's very cloudy here this morning, but not cold. I've got a few jobs to do today - do our Sainsbury's order, portion up dog food, a bit of the dreaded housework and the rest of the beans still need potting up. I hope the rain holds off - but it's doubtful.I'll keep the ironing pile down by not doing any washing today.

Lizzie - poor man. It sounds as though he's coping very well, but how awful for him and his little children. I'm sure he appreciated your concern and it was kind of you to ask. I'm sure a lot of people avoid asking because they don't know what to say.

I do hope the people on our poorly list are feeling better today. Stay safe if you're in any of the stormy areas. xx

                          Morning ladies
Nanto what a lovely basket of flowers I could see that in my garden

Lizzie it's so sad and I bet not many people ask how he is they don't know what to say do they .

Gem glad car passed MOT I think we all need to pass a MoT too

Daisy it can come back for years apparently that's why he has a low does of anti rejection drug every day for rest of life .

Plant how are you feeling today ? Did you get your walk down the lane or didn't you feel up to it . How are the babies have you seen them lately . I bet they miss you .

A few ladies we haven't seen for a while I hope everyone is keeping well and busy .

It's dark and stormy looking but stuffy .

I did my housework the little that was to do then had a shower , I was so hot during night I wandered the rooms eventually falling asleep on the sofa felt very grubby and sweaty this morning .

Have a Iceland delivery this morning and I have the washer going but apart from that nothing to do as such so I will indulge myself and spend some time on my jigsaw.

GS back to school for half a day today I will ring later see how it went .

Love the pansies Nanto, you obviously do too much washing. Do you do your in-laws washing?

Tummy much better today. Daisy it is ages since I had an attack and I am not sure what food might cause it. I know I have diverticular pockets and sometimes they get infected if food collects in one, if there is a temperature and severe pain an antibiotic is needed and in severe cases an op. is the only answer.

Oma, I hope B is feeling better. Sorry to hear you had a bad night. I didn't get my walk in as we were hit by a massive storm, I sat it out in the sunroom. Enjoy your jigsaw.
The GGC and their parents were here last Sunday, keeping our distance of course.

I think that is the problem, people don't like asking how anyone is after such a tragedy. I have thought about it before but when he is busy working you never know what his reaction will be. He was stood by the door today so it was the right moment for me to ask.
