Morning ladies, we’ll you know me I often forget to come on here for a catch up, especially when the weather is good and I can be outside! It’s raining today so I thought I’d drop by. I’ve been busy in the garden. I’ve also been making face mask/coverings which I think I’ve shown you before. The village shop has been selling them. I’ve made some children’s ones now for the grandsons and they were very excited with them!

Hello all .
It looks as if we have rain the length and breath of the country today . Went to bed it was raining, got up in the night, it was raining and its still raining now .
Having problems with DS and his visit from black dog , it's so hard to keep him interested in anything, it's such a struggle.
Oma how is B
Avo those facemasks look amazing. My friend is going to make some for me and OH . She asked what design would I like , I said I'd leave it up to you, whatever you have . She then laughed, I'm beginning to wonder what she will pick for us.
P very tired and I’m trying to persuade him to eat, and to keep his spirits up.
DD popped in this morning, we stayed in garden but now it is pouring with rain and we have thunder and lightening. It was forecast so no surprise. We will settle down with the TV and my knitting this afternoon.
I wrote about my day yesterday on another thread, all seems OK today.

Lizzie - how thoughtful of you. Yes, if he's in the middle of making up a prescription or something you wouldn't want to distract him.
Plant - I'm glad to hear you're feeling better. I'm so glad you haven't had to go down the antibiotic route.
Oma - I hope you've had a lazy day after your disturbed night. How is B feeling now?
Avo - I love you children's masks. You're very clever. It's surprising how time flies when you're busy in the garden, isn't it, but I'm glad you're ok and its the sun that has kept you away. xx
Mimi - I can't wait to see what your friend has in store for you! Hehehe - I'm sure it will be something to make you laugh.
Enfys, I do hope you managed to tempt P to eat. We had quite heavy rain around lunch-time, but no thunder. I think a lot of the storms have been quite localised. What are you knitting - are you using the wool your friend gave you for your birthday? xx

It's rained since about 4ish quite hard . My waterproof cover for new garden chairs came today so put that on saved having to bring cushions in .
B ok thanks still on tablets so see what happens when they finished .
Mimi you will have to let us see what she makes you
If you remember Clare my SIL was diagnosed with a tumour in her head , had more blood tests yesterday and the results were good so going in the right direction she has scan in September again .
Still getting headaches and slightly dizzy but coping really well and so happy the results are good
Too much chat for me to respond to but I have finally read it all!
Oma, good news about Clare.
I have written about my day on that thread. I will have plenty of time to catch up tomorrow
Night night all

Morning ladies
Just sorted my Asda delivery out it's all clean and put away
I feel like I have done a whole days work already .
Did my usual dusting and hoovering and put a wash on mostly towels and cloths
As they dried in tumble I got myself washed and ready ,
Asda was due between 8-9 I really didn't want to scare the driver answering the door looking like a witch
I then did ironing that was there and ironed both sets of Bedding ready to go on when I strip beds tomorrow .
After I put Asda away I went to get a glass of water and dropped it , it broke all over kitchen floor , water and ice cubes scattered , shards of glass everywhere so had to clear that up and make sure I got all the glass.
My dress was soaking and I had just put it on so I stood with the hairdryer blowing it dry .
These things always happen when you can't be bothered don't they
How is everyone today ? Hope the sun comes out for us all it's very stuffy today xc
Nanto - I don't know how you cope with what amounts to running two homes - I can't cope with one! I hope your in-laws are ok.
Oma - so glad B is feeling a bit better. Oh dear, it's amazing how many small pieces one glass can produce when you drop it. Accidents never happen at a 'good' time though.
Gem - I sympathise over the lick and promise syndrome. Eventually you have to keep that promise - but not today!
It looks as though it rained hard here overnight - the back step is covered in little black bits that have bounced up from the ground. It's still pretty miserable out there, but I hope it perks up because we're due to go and do social distancing with the GDs this afternoon, which isn't much fun under umbrellas.
