Going with the flow seems a good idea to me 😁

Well I was up early so as I had a bit energy I blitz through downstairs everything been washed and polished,
I have a wash on but it's only bath robes so no ironing.

We have a spot booked for the tip this afternoon so B been in the loft and got all the boxes etc out and then he sorted his wardrobe for the charity shop.
My spare room has a pile of pillows duvets and towels plus a large dog bed to go to the animal sanctuary in one corner,
The bed is full of stuff for the charity shop ,
And I need to sort under the bed see if anything needs throwing out ,
I'm having a cupper before I tackle that .

I need a lie down now 🤣🤣

Nanto, it's going to be a chilled, laid-back day for you. It's very unusual for you not to know what you're making for dinner. Your washing should dry in the sunshine.

Gem, it must be very frustrating trying to get slots in the aqua class. Thank goodness your cough is getting better though. Enjoy your coffee with DD2's friend. I bet you'll have lots to catch up on if you haven't seen each other for such a long time.

We've had a hard frost overnight - down to -2C I think - so I'm glad we didn't do some of the jobs we thought about in the garden. The birds were very pleased to see me putting food out for them this morning. It's only 2C now, but warming up, thank goodness. I might even try putting the bedding out on the line!

OH is going to get his car tyres sorted out this morning - hopefully.

Hello Oma, our posts crossed. My goodness what a busy bee you are! Well done on all the sorting out you've done. We keep putting it off!

Gem, have the kittens had their run round the garden yet? I remember how Rusty and Clyde used to chase each other around when they were puppies, and I imagine it's the same with the kittens - full of energy and joy!

Another lovely sunny day, I have been into one of the local towns in search of shoes. My feet are a bit swollen and a few of my shoes don’t fit me comfortably. They have ordered me a pair from their other shop to collect on Wed. The ones they have are just a half size up from the same shoes I already have. I am going to have a turn out tomorrow. Has anyone got a Prince Charming I could borrow?

Oma, I think you have started me off, I have done my clothes, now the shoes. I wonder what you will find under the bed.

Daisy, this lovely weather is tempting to start gardening but we are more than likely to have a frost. Well that is my excuse. I shall need to find some help to weed and tidy the borders.

Nanto, if you are having the same weather, your washing will be soon dried.

We have had lots of sunshine as well. Dried the washing lovely.

I ended up cleaning the bedrooms. I was going to do the bathroom but i'll do that in the morning.

I did jacket potatoes with cheese and beans,followed by a bit of rice pudding.
Already taken things out of the freezer for tomorrows dinner.

Daisy, yes kittens and cats chase each other for fun just like puppies and dogs - but with the addition of tree climb chasing ! They ran around all morning. We make them come in in the end as I worry they will become exhausted! They did sleep for long time after that.

Oma I saw the word booked and though you had booked a holiday or weekend away. But no when I looked closer it was the tip!!!

I had a lovely catch up with DD's friend. As my voucher was for £10 and our bill came to just over 5, she paid that. We agreed to meet again to use the voucher before it expires in June, and have cake next time!

Nothing exciting under the bed just cushions and a rolled up map of the world,
We bought it for the boys when they were small , I have no idea why we keep it ,
But I couldn't throw it out so it's gone in the loft probably never to be seen again 😁

Sometimes when your feet swell it's best to get a size bigger , my late sister suffered dreadfully all her life with swollen feet ,
At the time she used to get her shoes from Clarks but they were limited to wide fittings.

Do you find the wind makes the kittens more skittish? I know it did with DDs cats.
A nice excuse to meet up for tea and cake again😁

We went with one load to the tip and booked another slot for in the morning so the boot is packed ready,
I have Storm tomorrow and Wednesday so B will have to go himself .

Hubby meeting his pal in town later. I was going to go, but I've decided to stay in.
I want to clean the bathroom top to bottom, so I'll be able to get it done without any interruptions.

Library this morning. I'm not expecting GS1 today as he's coming on Friday. Golf for OH, a Tesco delivery between 4 and 5 today.

Gem, I suppose the wind is amplified through the kittens' whiskers and fur. No wonder they go crazy. Have a good morning at the library, and hopefully it will be nice and sunny for S on the golf course.

OH has a meeting this morning, and I've got plenty of washing to do. Tonight we're going to the theatre to see "Only Fools and Horses".

We've had another heavy overnight frost and it's sunny but really cold. Hopefully it will warm up a bit.
