Oma, fun and games with your neighbour again. Has she stopped taking her meds.
Plant, sorry to hear GD1 is under the weather. Hope the antibiotics kick in soon.
GD's house sounds nice.
Had a good day in Wakefield. As soon as we got there,we went for coffee.
Sat outside with it,and it was quite pleasant in the sun.Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Lizzie
Always good to get checked out, better safe than sorry.
Plant
Poor GD , has she seen a ENT specialist?
How nice to have your GS home , nice your GDs new house isn't too far away , I bet they are glad to finally settle down.
Nanto
It's been really cold here ,not a day for sitting outside here.
Yes it seems like neighbour isn't taking her meds again.
NCuddles
This has been going on for years , really she should be in assisted living for her own safety, if it was 20 years ago that would have happened but now they cannot make her and it's care in the community.

Good morning everyone.
That looks like a pretty humming bird Nan2.
That must have been scary with your arm Lizzie. I hope you are reassured and that things improve!
I hope things have calmed down with your neighbour Oma.
Poor GD, Plant. I feel for her, in my younger days I seemed to have constant tonsilitis and throat infections.
Daisy, I hope your family day went well. How is your side?
After a foggy morning yesterday, it turned into a sunny afternoon.
This morning GS1 and I are going to the cinema to see Moana2. We will have lunch out before I take him home. He and DD are together almost constantly, so she needs breaks, as well as giving GS a treat.“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

Gemini, I feel for your DD and your GS. They do need some space, good job you are near enough to provide it.
Oma, Oh dear, that poor young lady but it must be a worry for you what she will get up to next.
Nanto, I am sure someone will turn up to taste your lovely home cooked food.
Haven’t been able to find out how GD1 is, I haven’t seen anyone to find out. What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

Police have been out hopefully she will be quiet for a while,
I have started to take the decorations down I'm sick of them now ,
Boxed some up but a lot of my storage boxes are in the loft and B can't be bothered to get up there today
No hurry a bit at a time will do ,
My sister's came down yesterday but their decorations have been up since last week of October,
No way could I stand that it's ridiculously early.
DD took hers down yesterday before they drove to Leeds so when she comes home everything is done.Im not fat just 6ft too small

Oma, i'm ready for the decorations to come down now,but hubby wants to leave them while wednesday.
Last week of october would be way too early for me to trim up.
The only visitor today was a neighbour, who came to borrow our ladders,so he could take his outside lights down.Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Hello, everyone. This is the first chance I've had to get online these last 2 days.
It's been busy, and yesterday when everyone was here I felt terrible. I'd not slept the previous night and had spend a couple of hours in the kitchen in the middle of the night, prepping food for yesterday. Then yesterdayI was so exhausted I really couldn't function efficiently. Luckily DIL1, DS2 and DIL2 kindly took over the cooking and produced a delicious roast. My side is still painful but walking and generally moving around seems to ease it. Last night I slept a lot better, so fingers crossed for tonight.
Everyone has gone home now, but we were really pleased both GSs stayed overnight. They have both been out with OH in the kit car this afternoon - separately as it's only a 2-seater. They both loved it. I'm just going to get a salad or something light for dinner and hopefully have an early night.
I'll catch up with everyone's news tomorrow. xx

Clover I'm a 12th night traditionalist like you. We don't put our tree up early. I can see that if everything has been up since early December or the end of November it could be becoming a bit tedious by now!
Daisy, poor you I'm glad you at least had a better night and hope you feel a lot better soon.
GS and I enjoyed the film. Lunch was Costa, one of his favourite lunch venues!
I stayed for a cup of tea and chat with DD when I took him home.“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

Daisy, hope you had a better night's sleep last night.
That was helpful, the family taking over the cooking.
Lovely to have both GSs staying overnight.
Gem, glad you both enjoyed the film.
All of our decorations inside and out will be coming down on Wednesday, if i had my way they would be down now.
I didn't take anything out of the freezer for today's dinner, so I'll probably do egg, chips and peas, which will suit hubby.
