I have had a palaver this morning. I will write about it on another thread.

Flippin' Virgin are digging up our village, at the moment, it's chaos all over the place, and now they are right outside my house. I need to be able to get my car out at 2.15, so I may have to go out and talk to them!!

I have been out to speak to them, and they assure me they will not be digging up the path in front of my drive today (they are digging up the front path as we speak!)

We had Virgin Media dig up our paths last year , had to take some of my Block paving on the end of our drive up , they made a right mess of re laying them , my SIL had to come and sort it out .

Popped into our local Hospital while we were at Dunelm this morning to see the girls on the Chemo unit and the McMillan girls ,
Lots of hugs and kisses and laughter from both units , had coffee and cake with the McMillan girls before we came home , it was good to see them all .
Dunelm didn't have the colour I wanted but they have them online so will just click and collect them .

We had 10 or 12 groups of lovely Halloween callers, and GS1 loved it, him holding a little plastic pumpkin lantern me holding the trick or treat bowl. One of the families invited us to Trick or Treat them further along our road. We did, with DD once she arrived , and went to 4 other Halloween decorated houses. GS had a wonderful time

I switched everything off just after 7pm, then no more callers.

Free day today! I hadn't realised that OH is playing in a golf competition today, so I'm home alone!

Sunny here, lots of dew on the grass, going shopping with DD and her MIL to a very classy shop, looking at wedding outfits mainly for MIL she has a wedding before Christmas. Just looking for ideas for DD and me for the wedding in June.
