Good morning all. Pouring with rain here after a blustery night.

Up all night with a upset stomach, feeling washed out now. We were going out for lunch but have decided not a good idea.

Gem, his chemo starts next week, blood tests etc on Monday and first chemo on Friday. Feeling apprehensive.

        Good moaning each.
A tad breezy here, but not as breezy as in the north.
I hope you soon feel better Enfys, have some peppermint tea. I can think of better things to drink on a birthday but maybe you can have an ‘unbirthday’ when you feel better.
Food shopping here, didn’t do it yesterday, I did gardening all day.😁
Have a good day each, I hope the sleep deprived ones get a Grandma nap at some point.

Libra is it T's operation today? If so I hope everything goes well. About time eh?

Qwerty...I feel the same way about GS2 starting school. Clucking hens eh?

OH gone golfing today. I'd love to see them because there's a really strong wind here. They'll be in stitches just trying to keep the ball on the green.😂

Morning ladies , my its a bit breezy hear ,
We have thousands of trees around us and there are leaves and branches off everywhere ,All over the roads and in the gardens .
Went to Morrisons this morning putting the trollies away and a great gust of wind caught me nearly took me off my feet , another lady was spun around with her trollie she didn't want to leave go as she was very close to peoples cars and it would have hit one .

Enfys sorry to hear your not well especially on your Birthday

Qwerty time has gone so fast for your babies , just think all the worry they caused when they were born , now look at them

Nana if the wind is anything like hear golfing will be hysterical hahahaha

Gem hope your Mum is ok and your aunty, maybe she was just having a off day , Hows the tummy today any better ?

We out with the nurses that looked after B at our local hospital tonight for tea , We try to meet every couple of months depending on their shift patterns ,
Hope the wind dies down by then or will be a waste of time doing my hair
Have a good day ladies xx

Very dull and windy here but not as bad as you northern lasses are having it. Think I might hit that ironing pile today as it isn't gardening weather. GS1 had an operation on his shoulder yesterday, repairing the tendons he damaged when he had a cycling accident. Going to Evening WI as a visitor this evening, it is their birthday party and they always invite two ladies from the morning WI.

Qwerty it doesn't seem possible those two miracle babies are soon to start school

Thinking of little T, do hope they go ahead with the op. at last.

Oma, I'm fine today thank you. I ate lightly yesterday and drank only water and mint tea.
We are taking auntie to John Lewis on Saturday to buy new TV, so I will see how she is.
I hope you enjoy your tea with the nurses.

A serious housefire in our village. Lots of fire engines. Reports say no one was home, I really hope that's true. Our house smells strongly of smoke.
