Gem - poor you, hay fever can be exhausting. I hope being indoors this morning will help it to calm down a bit. You're right about our internet problems - usually at its worst when I'm in a hurry, and it's very frustrating when it's so slow I can't go back a page on here!

Enfys - that sounds a like relaxing day for you and OH. I hope you find the water feature you want.

I hope you're all reading this sitting down. I'm just going to make a cup of coffee and then fire up the hot hissy thing for a couple of hours frantic activity to catch up with two baskets full of ironing! Smelling salts, anyone?

Rained here through the night but nice and sunny now, cleaned 4 bedrooms before 11 am I was up early so pass the smelling salts again please, doing some packing don’t think I will get on here tomorrow as we are leaving between 9/10 we can’t get into our rooms till 2 pm but we can park up and spend some part of the day there rather than at home 🏡
Enfys we have a particular water feature it’s 2 naked ladies in bronze holding a dish above their heads where the water comes out and there is a shawl falling of the ladies which is where the water then runs down, my grandson for some reason has a habit of touching their bosoms whenever he’s outside , we have another one in the front garden it’s s naked little boy peeping over a well , I’m beginning to worry why I chose them again little lad smacks his bottom of that one has the running water on , I’m not going to read too much into that 😂 Enjoy your lunch too

Daisy we have 2 pillows each then 2 cushions with appliqués flowers on and a round pleated cushion one a contrast colour mad I know but I’ve just gotta have em 😌
Clover we saw the musical in London Barnum I didn’t care for it but I’m told the film is not like the show enjoy it !

Daisy they are placed nicely on my Dressing table and chair , 2 fancy pillows , 2 square cushions ,2 narrow long cushions put a pic of spare beds on so you can see what I mean

i did manage to get the other curtains changed, and frames and glass cleaned.
Never been a fan of cushions on the bed.

Good afternoon all. I think I have actually come to a stand still at last ,
This morning I have been helping OH with the cutting hedge , its a very long , wide hedge and it takes longer to clear it all up rather than cut it, plus on a windy day , like today the job has taken twice as long.
I have also done some washing with a very noisy washing machine , its hard to stay in the same room when it goes into a spin .
Yesterday we went to town and brought a new washing machine which is going to be delivered and installed a week Saturday, just hope our machine limps along till then.
Also when we were in town OH brought two new pairs of trousers and two shirts which is not like him, I usually have to threaten that I won't go any where with him if he doesn't get

some new clothes.
I brought a new summer dressing gown, a pair of pretty trousers , the sort you lounge around in and a new dress but that is going back as its a sleeve less dress and I no longer wish to inflict my bare arms on the general public

Nan2 we have cushions on the bed but they are the ones brought for me by our GC and they have their photos on them and one cushion was made by DS when he was still at school , he is now a 40+ builder so I would hate to get rid of them .

Qwerty have a nice holiday

Clover I would like to see that film but OH isn't too keen so I will have to watch it on Sky or go to the cinema on my own

We really enjoyed the film,though I can understand why it wouldn’t be everyone’s cup of tea.
Bought a few bits and bobs and some paint to cheer up and protect the bird table.
I was also tempted to buy some geranium plants though not sure where I’m going to put them!

We have a kitchen roll holder that we still use, that our youngest made at school.
And he's 46 this year.
