Well. After lunch I went with OH to the tyre place, Her MOT had shown two of her tyres getting close to the illegal mark so she wants to get them replaced. We dropped off the car and walked along to look at a couple of nearby shops. I got a few things so it wasn't a wasted journey. However, when we got back to the garage they had searched every inch of the car but could not find the unlocking device for the wheel nuts. We have only had the car 6 months and have never changed any wheels. So that garage trip was a waste of a journey all the way into town. OH is awaiting for a call back from the garage she bought the car from, regarding this unlocking device.

The Horse Poo didn’t get dug as the fields were too muddy. I have dug half of my veg plot and sorted out the flowerpots. My back said ‘no more’ so I had a lovely soak in the bath. Bliss.

Oma...great news about B. Be firm when you get him home & tell him no more hospital visits or else no more cheese savoury sarnies.😲 OH rang for his blood results today & they are clear. Thank goodness. Dr will probably say it's a virus now.

My diabetes test was clear so that's good. Got a pesky cold & persistent cough now. I've got til Friday to get better as I've got DD & GSs for their sleepover❣

Nana - two lots of good news with clear results for both of you. I hope the cold takes the hint and disappears before Friday.

GM - you may not have communed with the horse poo, but at least your veg plot is dug over. We have got the allotment covered in black plastic to try and keep it a bit drier - sometimes it's so wet we can't get on it until April.

OH and I did a couple of hours on the front garden this morning. Then I went out and did another 2 hours in the back garden. Not much to show for it, but it's a start!!

This is a short post because I’m tired and feel a bit old ! Today I got up after a fretful night dozed off about 4 this morning it’s becoming a regular pattern , it’s just not me. Expected a steady day, had my latte still in pjs.and dil turned up with twins usually they are at nursery, J has had a little lump on his neck which we think is a swollen gland, had it since he’s been in hospital and it doesn’t go down, she went to doctor and he suggested he had a blood test at hospital so could get it done quicker , so left M with me no problem just wasn’t expecting it. 2 hrs later they were back, DD rang to say she was having lunch with her OH for his birthday 😲😱😢😩 I had forgotten , I felt terrible I bought him as I do every year a motor bike subscription magazine so he had that but no card, when dil left I shot down to the card shop and were going on to Sil house gets back to the car only to find I’d picked up a brother in law card, back to the shop again to exchange. 5 mile trip to the house to post it luckily he was in and I could apologise, I never forget birthdays what the heck is wrong with me especially as close as sil is to us , came home through loads of traffic at 5 pm, and jiggered what happened to that lazy day eh

Feel lost tonight , I left my Phone on B's bed in the Hospital today so have to wait till tomorrow to get it back ,

Qwerty - I know exactly how you feel. Some evenings my frazzled brain just won't take things in. I can read something several times and still not 'get' it. It's just being pulled in so many directions, and being tired. I hope you sleep well tonight. xx

Hi ladies I’m back, I am sending this in bed after an hours sleep on the settee I’ve come round a bit and hope I sleep tonight , OH was saying we would be better off working as then you were able to say “ I can’t do this that and the other as I’m working “ but retired we seem to be at everybody’s beck and call.
Oma hope B is home tomorrow will keep my fingers crossed

Gem busy day, a devil of a job getting those wheel nuts off I know
Clover hope the finger is just a small infection, I once cut my thumb on a corned beef tin and left it in the hope it would get better on its own boy did it get painful and ended having it lanced
OH had his 2nd blood pressure taken today as it’s quite high, was told they may put him a cuff on to take home for 12 hrs when he went it was still high and now he has to go back next week for it doing again, do they know what a trail that can be that will be his third trip in and out in 3 mins
