Oma - no wonder your DD has z small zoo! We fell in love with Eva just looking up a rescue centre's postcode online! I washed all Midge's beds etc, and I now have a big bag of bedding, and 3 bags full of food, toys, collars and leads etc. I felt so sad though - Eva was sniffing round everything and wagging her tail - she used to like having Midge for company. As you say, Clover, it's the price we pay. I hope the lady who's cat was pts is ok.

LG - the weather really brightened up today, didn't it. I got all the washing dried outside, and it was quite warm this afternoon. I hope it stays this way! I hope the birthday girl had a lovely day. xx

Oma - Wow, your GD is looking so grown up, and she's clearly having loads of fun.

Nanto - I hope your Dad in Law has had a quiet day to recover from his birthday party.

Good Sunday morning, Nanto and everyone. I love the graphic, although "shine" and "rise" don't often happen together for me!

But, it's best foot forward this morning. I've got to portion up a load of food for Eva and then down to the allotment about 9 am, so I'll be back later. Nanto - the weather looks promising here, so I hope it is for you as well.

Sunny here at the moment, I need to pull myself together and get showered and dressed. Had a lovely evening yesterday, baby E was here, he changes every time I see him. I love to see his parents with him, they are so relaxed.

I want to go to The Range today. There are a couple of things in their catalogue I am interested in. Aldi is near there and we haven't been there for ages, so will have a look in there too.

Just heard GS's U 10 football team ( coached by his Dad) have won a cup final playing in the U 11 group! Haven't got any photos to put on here sadly. Yesterday they were taking the penalties at 1/2 time during the Wycombe v Cambridge match and GS was mascot for Wycombe. It's lovely to see how they've all developed individually and as a team.
