Good morning, Nanto and everyone. What a lovely atmospheric scene it is, Nanto, and full of character. You've obviously got a good rapport with your MIL, and most men are pretty hopeless like that.

I'm meeting friends for coffee and lunch today but then need to come home and get some gardening done. It's amazing how many different sorts of weeds have appeared in our new front garden over the last few weeks, and this warm damp weather has brought them on a treat. Fortunately most of the plants are thriving, too!

I'm posting in bits, as posts of any length don't work for me atm. GRU doesn't like my tablet -or vice versa!

Very cloudy here too. We're off to take OHs car to MOT soon. This afternoon mum and I are going to DD2s. Mum hasnt seen the baby for a while. He has changed!!

All went well yesterday thanks Daisy. All good taking baby GS along to school. Apart from OH asking year 1 teacher for GD. I assured the confused looking teacher she wasn't in her class!!

Well I have really gone and done it now, had another fall at the falls clinic yesterday and another visit to the hospital. I HAVE BROKEN TWO Bones in my wrist and I HAD TO HAVE IT MANIPULATED to try to let it heal straight, very painful. I am waiting for a call from the hospital to let me know if the will need to operate to fuse the bones. I HAVE been on the phone an hour to my private insurance to alert them that I MIGHT NEED IT DONE QUICKLY. DS arrived and I burst into tears. They found I had a uinary infection and that can cause this type of problem. I am feeling very frustrated, need to do a grocery order but i had forgotten my password so they have frozen me out.

Oh Plant I'm really sorry too.It must have been SO painful. I remember what it was like when I had to have my ankle manipulated.I hope you don't have to have an op.and you feel better as soon as possible xxxx

Oh plant so sorry to hear you have had another mishap,if you have a UTI yes that can affect balance and memory. Do hope your on the mend real soon.

Plant - I'm so sorry to hear your news. You must be frustrated about the fall as well as being in pain. I wish there was something we could do to help you. A UTI can make you feel very confused as well. I hope it clears up quickly and you don't need to have your wrist bones fused. No wonder you burst into tears when your son arrived.

So take care, dear Plant, and get as much rest as you can.

Thank you for your sympathy dear friends, grocery.sorted thanks Zizi. Just realized I missed a breast screening appointment. My DD said Callum who was taking the class has phoned her twice, I must give him a ring. The nurses and doctors all found it amusing that I fell in a Falls Clinic. I have help coming tomorrow to help me get dressed and washed, I have only just thrown the notes out from the last fall.
