I got to aqua, it wasn't my usual young man, he starts his lessons at 10am, maybe a good thing as it is really moving with him and I wanted to go to my circuit, it worked out well.

I had to phoned the doctors surgery for an appointment, the receptionist asked when I could go, then said something about, when you are not at the gym, I wondered what she meant, apparently she goes on a Thursday morning and thinks what I do is "top"! I was telling my trainer what she said and it could be the mother of the owner, I will know more tomorrow morning as she will be there. I didn't realise someone was watching me!!!!

    Oma, you spoil that dog!

Daisy, I do hope that your dog trainer is well, it does seem a little strange. The burst appendix was almost very serious, they left him far too long and he was operated on by an emergency team at 3am! His mother had phoned him yesterday and he was returning to work so must feel better now.

Nan2 I think the tips of the leaves on ours are showing now.

          Lizzie, scary about the appendicitis.

Daisy, a mixed blessing to catch up at funerals. I hope your dog trainer is OK.
The forecast isn't brilliant at the weekend. We will take our raincoats and we have a cosy cottage with log burner to relax in. And meeting up with the Omas of course

After a sunny morning it is looking like rain now.

              Looking dull this morning.

Daisy, it will be bittersweet catching up with relatives when they come to stay with you for the funeral.
Hope you're dog trainer is okay.

Not much to do today, just tidy up, got quite a bit done yesterday.

Dinner is chicken and bacon lattice, hubby's choice, cheesy mash, peas and sweetcorn and chicken gravy.

                  Morning ladies
Rain as usual ,this has got to be the wettest winter/ spring ever.

Been to Aldi and then I’m having my eye lashes tinted this morning,
Never had them done before so we will see if it’s worth it , I still have some money on a gift card from the salon so May as well use it .

                  Gem
Enjoy the day with baby you lucky woman , I miss not having babies around.

                  Nanto
                  Hope hubby enjoys dinner .

                  Daisy
Have you found out why dog training was cancelled? Hope it wasn’t bad news for them.
Sad about the funeral, but at least you get to see the family.

                  Lizzie
Hope you solve the mystery watcher 😁

I have to go out today to pick up some tablets from the local hospital pharmacy and post some parcels. Weather dull but not raining atm.

Gemini, have a lovely day with the baby, tiring but so enjoyable. I hadn’t realised you were meeting the Oma’s this weekend.

                    Will pop back later

Good Thursday morning, everyone. We've got sunshine - and rain at the same time!

Gem, have a lovely day with little E. I hope S enjoys the lunch. No long now to your week-end away. I hope the Omas are prepared!! . xx

Lizzie, it's a suprprisingly small world, so perhaps the lady is the young man's mother.

Oma, I'm hopeless with mascara - it goes everywhere except where it's supposed to go, so I have my eyelashes tinted if we're going on a beach type holiday. It seems to last about a month, and looks perfectly natural - but better! Have they done a patch test first?

Nanto, pretty graphic. Do you make the lattice pies? I've had a go at 'latticing' pie tops, but never very elegant.

Plant, nice to know your bluebells are thriving, isn't it.

I'm going to clean the windows inside today. I was going to do them yesterday, but the window cleaner came and it seemed weird to be cleaning one side while he was doing the other! But I cut the lawn, trimmed the edges and did a bit of weeding yesterday. It's too wet today. Our dog trainer replied to posts on our FB group last night, but nothing directly about herself. I just hope things are ok for her - she's such a lovely lady.

Plant, yes as soon as we booked our weekend I contacted Oma and we are meeting for Sunday lunch. Oma and I didn't get our Christmas meet up this time so we are due.

Oma, OH has her eyelashes dyed very occasionally and they look good.

Inside window cleaning needs doing here too Daisy!

It's mild here. A bit breezy but not cold. We have been outside in the garden with the baby this morning, he likes playing outside

Yes had the patch test on Tuesday.
They look natural not over the top don’t need mascara although I can use it if I want them to look thicker,
but the whole point of them being dyed is so I don’t have the struggle of getting it on my lashes instead of all over my face 😁

                            A busy day!
DD dropped GS1 off here after school while she went to his parents evening. He's just gone back to school today and is still not 100% so DD thought he would be better relaxing here than going to that. Baby E was delighted to see him and GS1 enjoyed helping with baby's tea and bath time .
OH enjoyed the golf lunch and talk, and I have just enjoyed salmon for my tea

Gem, sounds like you all had a lovely day.

Oma, now don't go fluttering your eyelashes.

We had unexpected visitors, but it was a lovely 2½ hours.

Oma, I'm sure they will look great, and Gem can give her verdict on Sunday!!!

Gem, isn't it lovely when you can get outside with little ones. I bet he was ready for his nap after all that fresh air. Good to hear that GS1 is back at school, but these coughs and colds do seem to be lingering.

I still haven't done the windows! It kept raining and hard to tell whether they were wet on the inside or not! Tomorrow - may be! I had a trip out to the garden centre this afternoon for a few bits and pieces while OH carried on to the car wash to do my car. Among other things, I got some plant supports and a packet of micro greens to grow on the window sill, some birthday cards, and of course, a new toy for Eva!

Nanto, I'm not sure who has more unexpected visitors, you or us, but it's very nice, isn't it. x
