Just had message from our gardener, he will be able to finish the work next Tuesday.

It's late, and way past my bedtime, and I apologise not reading everyone's posts today. Our visitors have arrived. It's been dry but cold today, but tomorrow is forecast rain most of the day. I still don't know what to wear for the funeral though.

I had a chat with my BIL this afternoon. He's very tearful and I don't know how he will cope tomorrow, poor man.

Early morning Drs trip for me, just a medication review. Just thinking about it is making my BP high!
GS1 will be here for the day. He is coming to the library with me this morning. I said we will go this Tuesday then I will take next Tuesday off so we have a full day to do something.
I must remember to give him his Easter egg, as he can't come on Friday when we are having family round.

We went to Lidl for veg and was surprised it was all 15p a bag so got double and will cook it for the freezer for Storm.
We then went to Iceland

Busy again this morning.
Been to Co-op to get an Easter Egg for OH , a tube of Bonjela for sore gum and some chocolate shaped rabbits for youngest GS's .

Then noticed I had a message informing me that Ring doorbell needed charging, was initially informed that battery would last 6 -9 months ... it's been 3 months! Now the two tiny screws at the base of the bracket was easy to remove but the actual doorbell off the bracket.... now that's a different story!

I have moved all the tomato plants outside into the grow house, so pleased to have my kitchen window sill almost empty now

Going through have a cup of tea and then it's off to the hairdressers and then I will pop to the pharmacy to collect my prescription, luckily both places are very close to home .

Oma it's perfectly understable that M wasn't able and get any sleep. I suppose you didn't either.
Most of the supermarkets have their vegetables at a discounted price this week but next week prices will be back up sadly

GS1 was a good help in the library this morning and quickly picked up what to do. I spotted him helping another boy who was unsure how to return his book We both had lunch in the cafe after our stint. Chill out afternoon for GS now, although there is some homework I am to encourage him to do at some point. I can do some of the Minutes while he does his thing.

Gemini, the main reason I have to go to the tip is to get rid of all the paper rubbish that is put through the door, mainly boxes and paper. We do have a paper collection box but it has to be carried up the track and Sil has enough to take up without the paper boxes. I wish I could ask for no junk mail, perhaps I can ask my friendly postman not to put it through my door.

We find it does work and the post people take notice of it.

We have been pleased with our ring door bell ,
but we sometimes get a black spot where like a car will pull up and it will pick that up but not moving away again .
We looked online and it’s when you sometimes get a drop in connection ,
Overall it’s been great ,
When we were out with GS and Lucie , Pharmacist tried to deliver our tablets , I was able to speak to him direct and rearrange delivery through it.

OH had a good golf game, and won.
I got my Minutes typed up this afternoon and a couple of connected emails sent out, so a productive afternoon.
I phoned auntie G this morning and had a nice chat. We hadn't seen her since December. She is fine and we are going over next week.

Good morning. Had rain during the night, but it looks quite nice now. Although things could change.

Shopping being delivered between 9 and 10.
Upstairs cleaning today.

Took a homemade chicken,leek and mushroom pie out of the freezer last night.
Will have cheesy mash,veg and gravy with it.
