Plant, I didn't want to jeopardise the sale and say where the house was before we exchanged! If you're driving through Great Kingshill, it's on Missenden road, near the village hall. It's an older semi with a Wye sold board outside, and there's a metal silhouette of a lady on the end wall....that's going with the sellers!
Feeling more human today, glad that Oma is too!
have agood day ladies. I'm off to contact utilities etc. Wish me luck ! xx

Good morning all. As I'm 5 hours behind you it is still morning 😊

WG, everything crossed for your house move .
I'm so glad you are not in as much pain now.

How are you this morning Oma?

The water park people got back about 6 yesterday after a good day. We all went out to eat last night. Both boys were shattered on the drive back!

I was in an awful lot of pain on our last park day. I am hoping that the days rest , and with painkillers today will be better . I will also take my folding stick.
Universal studios today, which we are all excited about 😎

      Happy Wednesday everyone!

Hallo everyone, Plant, that is my "feet up" stool when I am sat reading or watching TV.

I hope you are feeling better Oma and Gem, don't tire yourself out whilst you are away!

My head is worrying me, getting me depressed, I hope they can find out what it is. I was in tears this morning, the young man at the gym asked what was wrong, I told him about my head and that it is really getting me down at the moment.

I have been and got some delicious strawberries, I took them to DS1, I do hope that GD2 hasn't eaten them all!

Oma - so glad you're feeling a bit better. You did well to spend 4 hours up and about, but it's awful being sick from coughing.

Pearl - it's great to see you here. A massive "hello" to you. Tell us what's going on in your world - how are all your family?

Lizzie - I'm so sorry you're feeling like that. It gets you down, doesn't it. Everything crossed you get some help soon, and some relief. You're strong and brave - you keep going, but that's not the point. Sending you a big hug. xx

Gem - the parks are so hard on your legs and feet, especially if it's hot. I'm glad you had a rest day to hopefully help with the pain.

WeeGranny - I hope all went well with the utilities today.

I don't know what happened to this morning - apart from doing a couple of loads of washing I had nothing to show for it! Dog training was fun this afternoon. There were 7 dogs there today - more than usual - which puts them all under a bit of pressure. Eva was brilliant but exhausted by the end of it. We're still moving garden furniture and a parasol round, trying to find out what will work best.

Good morning everyone, Thanks Daisy and Oma, I have a hearing test tomorrow then they see what the difference is from 2 years ago.

Oma, I am pleased you are feeling better, I hear of a lot of people recovering and keep coughing, DS2 included.

I am not a colourful person regarding my clothes, I love dark colours with scarf etc to brighten them up, but, I had my eye on a cardigan, orange, it arrived yesterday and I love it!!

Good morning. Abit late with that graphic, dawn has already dawned.

Lizzie,i'm not one for orange clothes but your cardigan looks a nice shade.

Hope Oma and WG are still on the road to recovery.

Oma and Nanto, it is a lovely colour, I thought orange but not the bright orange, it is cotton so nice for the summer months. Oma, I am pleased you are feeling better. As you say, you will feel better with each passing day!

I am going on my bike to see if the tomatoes are for sale at the growers. It is a lovely morning. I have eye test here in the village this afternoon.

Oma, pleased you are feeling a bit better. My DD and I were 10 days before we were negative. Just don’t overdue things.

Lizzie, I like that colour, it isn’t a bright orange. I hope the visit to the opticians isn’t an expensive one.

I am going to fetch GD1 and baby H this morning, they are coming here for the day and they might stay the night. I have put the heat on next door, although it is very sunny. The toys are in there and the cot and spare beds. DD and Sil back tomorrow.

                                Good Thursday morning everyone.

Nanto - what a lovely graphic to start the day. x

Lizzie with an eye test today and a hearing test tomorrow things will hopefully improve for you. I think that lovely orange cardigan will cheer you up as well. I love orange (we even have it as part of our bedroom colour scheme), but sadly it just doesn't suit me. I'm very pale anyway, and it just drains what little colour I have, but it's lovely to see other people wearing it. I'm sure it will put a smile of your face everytime you wear it. Is this the start of even more colours in your wardrobe?

                                Oma - I'm so pleased you're feeling a bit better. I'm with Plant again - don't overdo things. x

Plant have a lovely day with GD1 and baby H.

We've just had our Sainsbury's delivery and a bottle of kitchen cleaner had leaked all over one basket! I know these things happen, but it's taken ages to clean and dry everything.
