Visit to the doctor this morning, I have another suspect BCC on my face. just below the place where I had one removed earlier this year. They are also called rodent ulcers, I have visions of this little creature popping up all over my face.

I bought a Costa voucher card for my sister's birthday Gem & somehow managed to leave my card in there. I now have to get another & register the new number code online to get my points transferred. I hope there's some left on there if the person who found it hasn't used them. Only tried coconut milk from a coconut when i was little but not in a Costa drink. My sister loves it too.

Its a frosty morning, I had to push the cat outside this morning to do her business , she was reluctant to go but I won in the end.

Good morning, everyone. Brrr .... it was cold first thing. I hate having to de-ice the car.

Gem - I'm glad you haven't got that dark drive home tonight. It's lovely to have a good meal out sometimes - glad you enjoyed it.

Clover - I do hope your BIL can progress to a boot when they take the cast off. It must seem such a long time for him and your sister. How is she coping with all the visiting, etc?

Nana my DD loves the coconut milk Costa drinks too along with the Christmas spice ones , I have never tried one mainly because I think what if I don't like it its money wasted

Mimi you feel like slapping them dont you , My SIL told the young girl she saw last year to stop telling her granny how to suck eggs , she wasn't a silly girl and knew what she should be doing , She said if she had spoke to her as a patient rather than a naughty child in a sing song voice she wouldn't have lost her temper but she said she was so annoying

B was at Hospital yesterday getting stuff for his sore mouth all side effects of transplant still hanging around just little niggles but have to be treated ,

He was ages they have a new computer system and no one could get a hang on it then the Pharmacy took over 1 hour and still didn't have the full amount of meds he needed

Had to go out get milk this morning , I never run out its so unusual for me , we ended up at Aldi , Lidl and B&M .Spent more than I expected ,

We then had to go to post office to return a Necklace we had bought for GS1 for Christmas ,

It came yesterday a Vivienne Westwood Gun Metal one , OMG it was complete rubbish , looked like something you would get from a cheap costume jewellery shop,
£80 for tat .

He had seen it on the Vivienne Westwood sight and of course the photography made it look fantastic ,
So we showed it to him when he came in from school and he wasn't impressed either so it went back today

If it had been Silver or gold it might have looked better but Gun Metal

Oma - I'm sorry you had a sleepless night as well Nanto. How annoying having to wait so long for meds at the hospital.

Thanks for asking - J's eye is very uncomfortable today - his eyeball feels bruised and it's very red. I keep putting the gel stuff in it for him - there's not much more you can do. We're supposed to be going out for coffee and lunch tomorrow, and giving friends a lift, so I hope he's ok for that. I'll drive if his eye's still sore.

What a pity GS1's present was so disappointing! And they say the camera can't lie. (I know it can!)

I'm off to collect GD2 soon. GD1 has gone with her year to see a local private school's production of Peter Pan - she's really looking forward to it. This particular school has a large professionally fitted theatre with a brilliant sound and light system, and their productions are amazing. When I was doing photography I used to do the stills for them and it was always great fun.

Saw my lovely doctor, shame it takes a month to see him. He agreed it was a BCC and typed a letter to refer me. He also showed me a pic. of his newish baby, asked me about my general health, no wonder I and many others like to see him.

Daisy, I hope your J's eye will be less painful so he can enjoy his lunch tomorrow.

Oma, problem is you pay for the name, you had to show him, he would have been disappointed otherwise.

I hope S managed to keep reasonably warm on the golf course Gemini.

Plant that's why we showed him , As soon as we took it out of the box I disliked it and it was a lot of money to waste if he didn't wear it ,

It was his choice if he liked it well we would have gone along with it but he was very disappointed with the quality and colour so he's choosing something else

Daisy...hope your administrations help OH's eye to be less sore. It must be one of the least pleasant medical procedures I can think of, but if it helps preserve his sight than it can only be a good thing.

Nana, hope your procedure goes well and that it's good news on DD front.

Anyone else with medical problems I hope they all get sorted out and you feel better soon.

Glorious day here with bright sunshine but a bit on the chilly side. I made sure I had my vest on when I went to read at school. The corridor I'm in can be a bit parky!

I have managed to do a Plant and lose my slippers! Can't find them anywhere......even checked at the back door but not a sign of them. I've no doubt they'll turn up somewhere stupid!

What a chilly day, had to be at DSs for 7:30 this morning to look after gs’s. Fortunately DIL finished early today so got off about 5 pm! Pub for dinner tonight..... got new induction hob arriving tomorrow. New pans at the ready, I hope it’s not too difficult to use.....
