I have ordered the other design in in that dress Oma, plus 2 summer tops, all in the sale. As we go to Florida at the beginning of April I have been trying to get a few new things in the end of summer sales for the holiday. I also ordered some pyjamas from Bon Marche, not in the sale but only £12. I love their PJs and have found them as good as M&S at half the price.

Rain cleared early this morning,then the sun shone, and dried the grass.
Managed to get it cut.Just had a relaxing shower.

When i was tidying this morning,the hanging loop on our bathrobes both broke.
Hubby didn't know. When he got home from the car boot sale,he said i have bought 2 new hangers for the back of bedroom door.
That is where we hang the bathrobes.
So, a little sewing job to do this evening,while i'm watching tv.

We had a lovely party tea for GD and most of the family were there. Mum cried off as she often does. SIL3 was away with work and SIL2's parents are on holiday in Greece visiting their other GD.
GD said it seemed like another day when she did her karate grading and practice for it. A long day for her!

I think I might go to get our meat for Christmas from a farm shop tomoro to freeze. Should be worth paying a bit extra if that's the case. Booked for the Altzheimers Christmas Carol Concert, Brodsworth Christmas Light show & Polar Express (showing at a local cinema in December), today. It's getting nearer Daisy.🎅

The morning started with a lovely sunrise,then it started to rain.
Pleased we got the garden done yesterday.

Dinner is in the slow cooker. Sliced potatoes,sliced onions and corned beef.
Doesn't sound much,but its tasty.

Off to in laws in an hour.

I have yet another pile of clothes to take to the charity shop. As the shop is just down the road from where we live I could dash ( who am I kidding, I haven’t actually dashed anywhere for years ) down there between the showers.

We had a good day out yesterday, managed to stay dry until 2pm then it wasn't as bad as was forecasted, a very interesting day out, similiar to Beemish? GD2 loved it, she took a friend with her and they found it very interesting. They got to make rope for a spring rope and made a clog boat! GS1 enjoyed it as well so we all had a good day out.

I am fed up!! Having waited several weeks since my initial appointment with my GP about my knee (Which I had to wait a while for, of course) and had my X ray , I was to see the muscular skeletal people today. I had a call at 8am to say the clinic is cancelled. The next appointment is on November 22nd. I have taken one for November 8th at another hospital (where DD1 lives) but that is still a month to wait.
I am in a lot of pain and walking any distance is hard. Fed Up of York!!

I am working late afternoon, and have to go over to my mums earlier. The man from the gas place is coming to measure mums fireplace for a new gas fire.

Gem how I feel for you, one day in pain is hard enough without having to wait a whole month. It’s no wonder you are fed up .Sending you (((hugs)))

I had to wait 6 weeks for my drs appointment. Another two weeks to have a dr phone appointment, which thankfully is tomorrow but I’m not holding my breath as I suppose it will entail more tests to find out what the abnormal kidney test result is . I wouldn’t mind betting that will be another 4 weeks + for a follow up appointment. Next Friday I will have an X-ray on my hands . That has been a 4week wait.

Morning ladies wet and cold here.
Dog asleep at my feet. I'm waiting for upholstery man one of my new chairs we noticed has sort of a wrinkle in the leather at the front looks like its been pulled to tight. Only a little job but now I know it's there I can't stop noticing it and it's driving me mad so man's coming to sort it.
still in pain but not as bad. I'm getting a bit down with it now though
