Good morning everyone.
Plant - I hope your DD slept well and is feeling better today.
Oma - congratulations on your new GG neice. I like the name they've chosen. Will you get a chance for a few cuddles?
Nanto - What a lovely day for your OH, cutting down a tree. My OH has a similar treat on Saturday - planking wood!
Grauntie - having drill bits on your mind sounds uncomfortable! Enjoy your exciting day.
Ironing? What ironing? Oh, you mean that basket of crumpled clean clothes lurking somewhere in our house.
Gem - focus on your nice evening out today. Plus not having to cook. But I do hope your mum is ok with you. xxx
We've got vague plans to prune the apple trees this afternoon if the grass dries up a bit. It's too wet at the moment to walk on. I'm getting a bit cross with all these weather forecasts talking about temperatures in the mid-teens! It's damp and chilly here and was close to freezing overnight. OH has to go out this morning, so I might do some washing and a few odd jobs. Or I might just sit down with a book and a coffee.

Good afternoon all. Hope its is a sunny where you are as it is here. I actually managed to it on the bench on the patio for a few mins today, not bad considering its still winter.
OH went to town this morning to get some paint for the garden fence and while he was there he managed to fall over. Hr broke his glasses and cut his lip . The stubborn fool carried on with the shopping before he came back home. He now has a black eye, swollen cut lips and a bruise on his side.
So sad to hear that T is once again back in hospital.
Nan2 you will have to explain this 'ironing' thing to me !
Oma hope your bloods are OK . Have a good night tonight .
Hope all our ladies are well.Bring me sunshine in your smile.

Who is it who is not monitoring T Fluids? Pleased to hear they have had visits from family. It is one thing after another with them, so sad for Sil's untimely death.
Popped in to see DD, she was spending the day mainly in bed, she still looks pale but that is the anesthetic I am sure because she didn't have any surgery just cameras to have a look around but they had already given her a full anesthetic . I am not sure how an experienced surgeon can mistake a fibroid in the womb for a growth on the ovaries. DD also told me that when she had this very expensive (my words, not hers) they found she had a growth on a gland that controls her calcium levels, so that have to be monitered now.
Mimi, your poor husband, good job he didn't break anything.
Have a lovely time Gemini and Oma. Hope your mother was happy today Gemini.
Daisy we had a cloudy morning but a gorgeous afternoon, I took my I pad into the sunroom, listened to a story and fell asleep, well I had been to aqua in the morning. I did prune the small apple trees, planted a couple of polyanthus, cut down a clematis etc. first. The blue tits are definitely interested in my nest box, very exciting. I haven't seen them carrying nesting material in yet. What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

Mimi - your poor OH. I do hope he's not too stiff and bruised tomorrow. Does he have spare glasses?
Gem - so glad your mum was in a good mood.
Plant - you have been a busy bee! It sounds as though your DD is doing the right thing and taking it easy while she recovers.
Oma - I'm so sad to hear T is back in hospital. It seems never-ending to me, so I can't imagine what it's like for Libra - an awful roller coaster probably. "(
I don't know if Enfys and Sunshine feel the same, but I am absolutely fed up with this weather. The rest of the country is basking in unseasonal balmy sunshine and we on the south coast are huddled under our duvets looking at grey skies and being cut through by sharp winds. "Sunny South Coast" - huh! Bah humbug!"Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are. "

Good morning. Feels like the middle of the night here! DH has a scan this morning and his appointment is the first one at 7.30, at least we’ll have the rest of the day clear. He can’t eat anything so we are having breaksfast out afterwards.
Daisy, yes the weather has been dull and dreary here too, more of the same today is forecast, Very mild though but would like a little bit of that sunshine.
