Good morning! The start of P’s new chemo regime today so we are up bright and early as he has to take the meds 12hours apart. No more sleeping in for us 😴

We’ve gone back to bed with cups of tea now and can take our time getting up, he can’t rush around first thing in the morning. Off to hairdressers later then he wants to put the tree up. Can’t believe it’s only 3 weeks until Christmas. It’s all taken a back seat this year. Have a good day everyone 😀

We off to Mainsgill farm at Scotch corner today , its quite a ride out but I did see one of the prints im after in there when we went a few weeks ago so going back to see if they still have some , we will have lunch there so make a day of it

Had GS1 after school yesterday , my DD had taken a day off but he wanted to come to ours as usual , He had his braces fitted last Monday and he's still not used to them its hurting in places but Dentist said it would as its forcing a couple straight ,so he had a pain killer and tea and he felt much better by time we eventually got him to go home at 7.30 last night

Good morning, I am going to the local Golf Club for lunch with members of out local N.T. Group. It is my eldest GS's 25 th birthday today, she has the day off but they are not planning anything because they are having GGS overnight, his parents have a funeral to go to. Haven't seen her yet, I expect she is having a lie-in, she was very tired yesterday evening as her shifts at Waitrose have been a bit killing, at least she has the day off for her birthday. It is sunny and frosty this morning, nice change from that mild wet weather.

Hope P's treatment goes well Enfys.

Pleased the family party went well Nana, tell us about it when you have recovered.

Just passing by, busy busy! Trying to get decs up in readiness for our bash at the weekend. I live with a Bah Humbug man, so getting him to put the outside lights up without a fuss is almost impossible. The ones we have won’t go along the front of this house, and he is quite happy to leave bits out. He cannot see the point of buying more for the time they will be up. 🙄😬 I must try another angle of persuasion. Any ideas welcome. Of course what I should have done is buy some more on the quiet. Deviousness required.

I've brought Cooper back to our house today so I can get a few chores done - in between letting him in and out of the house. Ideally he'd like the back door open all the time, but he's worked out if he asks to go out, I open the door and also give him a treat when he comes back in. He likes treats - a lot! He bangs his nose on the freezer door if I forget!! DIL has said she'll pick the girls up today so I can just collect them from the shop and have a bit longer at home. So I'd better get off here and get on with my list of jobs!

Daisy OH likes playing golf when the ground is hard and frosty. She has all the right thermal gear and took a flask of coffee with her. Tuesday is competition day so it takes a lot for it to be cancelled.
OH has only just realised that Christmas Day and New Years Day are Tuesdays, so no competitions!

Very sunny here now, but still a lot of frost around.
I have been through the house like a white tornado (well the downstairs anyway) even the windows. I feel like Oma. Well OK, a rather slapdash version of Oma
I am resting with a cup of fruit tea now, before putting away ironing that OH did yesterday.
Then off to do aunties shopping on the way to pick up GS1 from school.

Had a lovely morning , they didn't have the print I wanted in the Farm but I did get the web site address so buying direct from the lady who paints them ,
We then had a lovely lunch there and bought DD a lovely tin of cookies in a fancy tin as a stocking filler

From there we went to another farm shop on the way home a small place that only sells fruit and veg , bought some potatoes still with the soil on , never seen any like that for years they usually washed , and a stalk of Sprouts straight from the fields

Hello ladies hope your all well, I havnt read any posts yet, nor do I think I will ever catch up but will try. Trying to come round a bit as I have the most busy week next week and really need to get this show on the road, better now with a bad cold than Xmas week always a silver lining, thanks for your good wishes and again hopefully I am on the mend.
Nana glad your Dd had a good birthday I look forward to hearing about it, might get some tips off you as it’s my Dd 40th next year
