Well as if I haven’t enough on my plate ,
Ive had to phone the social workers and police my neighbour who has mental health problems has lost the plot again.

She keeps knocking on the door talking rubbish then screaming abuse at the neighbours although the street is empty ,
Police came earlier with two social workers then left ,
Not 5 minutes later she was at the door again and then started shouting at a neighbour who had just came in from work , saying she had been calling her .
The woman had no idea what she was on about she had been at work all day.

I have just rang the crisis team again and they rang back to say they have a plan in place for tonight.
They need to be here now not tonight .

I told her to get in the house and she went but no idea for how long .
I said to B I haven’t got the energy for her at the minute .

Lizzie, it must have been very sad to visit your friends family.

Today we will be catching the bus into Palma. The bus stops over the road from our hotel so it's very convenient.
They tell me it's quite autumnal at home, but the camera on our Ring doorbell showed a sunny day yesterday.

Oma, nobody wants the problem you have with your neighbour, more so when you have other things going on.

No plans for us today, but you never know if that will change.

Dinner today will be something with fish.

Its not easy visiting families that are grieving but I’m sure they appreciate your concern and taking the time to pay your respects,xx.

psychiatric nurse rang just after 11 last night to see if Next door had gone quiet or was she still in the street,
She had gone in so all was at peace,
They decided if she was quiet to leave it till today to visit.
Trouble with that is this episode will have passed and they won’t get the full picture.

Next time Im going to video her as there will be a next time no doubt about that.
could even be today.
Then social workers rang to tell me they were aware of the situation and saying the same as the Psych nurse.
But if she kicked off during the night to ring the police and they would come out with them.

Thankfully she must have gone to bed .

Visiting MIL this afternoon she better be in a better mood otherwise she will get a few home truths as well.

I hope all was quiet from your neighbour Oma, you certainly would be better without that disturbance, you have enough to deal with. I hope MIL has settled down.

I am having an X-ray this afternoon at our local hospital. I think the stronger tablets have kicked in a bit, I have been slightly more active today, not just going from chair to chair.

Gemini, have a nice day in Palma. We do have sun here but not very warm. Bring the warmth back with you.

Very cold here today,a day of showers and sun, but sun not very warm.

I have just cleaned and rearranged the pan cupboard.
More pans than a top class restaurant.
Not very often i use a pan now. If i want mashed potatoes,i cook them in the microwave instead of on the hob.
Earlier, the fridge was cleaned,ready for shopping coming tomorrow.
I had quite a few potatoes in and more will be coming tomorrow.
So, i set to, and made some chips for the freezer. Could have cacelled the potatoes from the shopping,but they won't go to waste.

Just back from X-ray and I am in agony, Basically there are old injuries and apart from painkillers there is nothing that can be done. I knew I had osteoporosis and that is treated twice a year. The injection got overlooked last month, I am having it tomorrow. My doctor has only just upped my painkillers and after two days I felt so much better.

Plant hopefully the increased dose of painkillers will kick in soon, and time and rest will also help.

We had a nice time in Palma. We went to C&A as we always do, had a wander and sit round the squares, had a drink then later lunch. The bus in was lovely, almost empty air conditioned comfort. The bus back was like something from a 3rd world country! So crowded as to be dangerous in my opinion, hot and unpleasant.
We came in got changed and had a lovely sea swim to recover!

Plant, I hope that your painkillers kick in and give you some relief soon. Maybe your missed injection has added to the pain. Fingers crossed you soon feel better. I shall be glad to get this operation over and done with ! Got my pre=op assessment on Friday and I have a list of questions for them!

Been a funny old day here, sun shining but very windy and none too warm! Never mind I got the towels dried outside before the rain started.

Had a very interesting talk at the ladies group from one of the Chiltern Rangers, who spoke about the work they do in our local area. He was very enthusiastic about his work which always makes it that much more interesting. They have wildflower and tree nurseries for use in planting etc. There was a good turnout of members.......for a change!!

No idea what to have for dinner tonight!

Oma, hope MiL is behaving herself when you visit and that your neighbour hasn't kicked off again. It surprises me how extremely vulnerable people are left to fend for themselves in the community, with little or no support. It shouldn't be down to neighbours to supply that.

Fingers crossed by tomorrow the pain will be easing ,
I think X-rays can cause pain as you have to stand or lie in positions you wouldn’t normally.

When we used to host family a lot we needed them , but not now ,

I have far too many plates & Bowls etc in all sizes.

I would feel uncomfortable in a packed bus also.

Went to see MIL , she was a bit down and woe is me .
Nurse said she didn’t want to get up and washed this morning but they made her , she wasn’t happy.

refused physio , but they were crafty and kept getting her up to go to the loo every hour , even if she said she didn’t want to go. They told her it was to monitor her urine output.
Nurse said that’s how they got the physio session in 😁
