Nanto, I wonder what your hubby ill find at the car boot sale? My OH loves a full English, but I never think of doing it for a main meal. It sounds a good idea.
Gem, I've had a quiet chuckle at the vision of you and GS2 trying to cram that enormous balloon into your car. I had visions of GS holding on to it while it streamed out of the window, bobbing along. I hope OH enjoys the golf, and you get a bit of time to relax. xx
Oma, washing must be on everyone's mind today. I've got a load of whites to do! I'd be happy to find the right swimsuit anytime. I usually end up with tankinis - they seem to fit better. I'm not keen on the food waste collection idea. Yes, it's bound to get smelly and maggots are never far away. The outdoor caddies we've got have a locking handle so I don't think cats could get in to them, but our free-roaming donkeys have no trouble at all, and it's causing all sorts of problems. They tip the caddies over and stamp on them. Heaven help us when the pigs are let out as well.
The Council say caddies have to be left outside your property, but if they said leave them just inside your gate if you're on open Forest it wouldn't be a problem. We used to do that with all our bins when we lived in a house on the Forest. We've got cattle grids at each end of the road we live in now.
I need to do some ironing today (boo hoo!) and am trying to get some gardening jobs done as well. Otherwise everything will have to wait until we get back from holiday.
